The cassette arrived broken and the customer service didn't answer for more than a month and offer no solutions...

I do not speak Italian. But all was ok. I received my bicycle in a strong box and quickly. My bicycle is like I imagined it!

I love my bike and had an overall good experience ordering from Canellini. Customer service was very helpful and responded fast. Only thing that could be improved is the tracking of the delivery. I am living in Paris France. The driver called me when he was already down my house, there was no one there as I didn’t know the exact day the delivery was planned. Thanks to customer service I’ve replanned the delivery and received my new bike in perfect condition and I am very happy riding the streets on my beautiful new bike. 😁😍

After receiving the order and sending the parcel, please let the customer know about it. I had purchased the bycicle on Thursday night and I haven't heard from you since then. I was getting worried, so I tried to contact by Facebook. There the person told me it was sent already on Friday. So everything was fine, just try to make the transaction smoother to the client. Besides that, I loved my new bike!! :) Thank you! Grazie!

The pedal from my bike came with a defect, after some e-mail exchange the Canellini team was nice enough to send me a new one. I am happy with my beautiful bike and their service :)

Great quality bike and the team really professional and accessible via email.
Takes just a few minutes to re-assemble the bike.
The only little thing I noticed is that the break on the front wheel is too close to it so it slows the bike while I ride it. Not too annoying, though not to expect from a new product

The delivery has been made in 3 days (that's quite incredible), and my wife is really happy with the bicycle. I couldn't recommand more this company and their bikes!

I loved this bike! I purchased Retrò Dolce Vita Alluminio Uomo Verde Oliva - 58 form their online shop. It arrived in just 5 days, in a very good condition. (From Italy to Germany) The bike is really classy as it looks on the webpage. It is a city bike, it is robust, moves very smoothly on the road and is not that heavy. Thank you Biciclette Canellini
