This online store is a fraud

This online store is a fraud! bought 2 units of those tummy exercise machines and both stopped working. I was told to send them back for replacements over a year ago and i FedEx them back to their canadian office and never heard from them since!!!! SCAM!

In all my years of buying online

In all my years of buying online, this has to be the worst company I have ever come across!!
I have never received my much anticipated necklace, and when I queried the delay, they said look at the tracking, which must have been fake, because it just kept saying, nothing to show! When I sent them a screenshot of this, I have never heard back from them, or since! I am disgusted by this deplorable service and scam of a company, shame on you for doing this to innocent people buying your products!! I hope karma comes for you... so people, stay well away from this sham of a scam!!

Only theifs and scammers

A complete scam site who just stole my monney right after i paid they deleted their sight then i send mail ask and they explain it away, second i ask for refuns the block the mail aswell so they are nothing but theifs and scammers stealing peoples monney.

I have to be honest... they treated me right.

I have to be honest, this company treated me right. I was nervous after reading all of the "not so great" reviews, but I had no problems, and honestly thought that I would take the time to acknowledge my experience. I ordered a necklace, and 2 buddha statues from shopmodus.com. When I received the statues, they were both broken. I was bummed out, and reached out to the company to see what could be done. I must say, the "contact us" email address they included in all of the tracking emails (prior to receiving my order) was not correct - but it only took a little bit of investigating to find the correct one. I emailed the support team, letting them know about my disappointment with the broken items and sent a picture as well. I totally realized that this was really the delivery company's fault, and not shopmodus.com. They emailed me back within 48 hours with an apology, and an offer to either send replacements OR refund me my money. I chose the refund. I was skeptical as to whether or not I would receive it after reading other reviews, but just checked my credit card and they most certainly kept their promise and credited me the agreed upon amount. I think these guys truly mean well, and they deserve a good rating - they handled my issue very appropriately, and I appreciated it!

never ever buy from this site

never ever buy from this site. for the moment is down but if it ever gets up, for your own sake, avoid it.
I bought an amulet and it arrived in 4 months broken.
for the last 2 moths I was talking to someone over there to refund me. Never happened and then the entire communication ended by failure to connect.
I intended to have a review on the site, never allowed such.That should be a sign to never buy from there.

Very untrustworthy company

Very untrustworthy company! Received damaged item and emailed company. Was offered a refund. Well over a month later and still no refund. Have emailed them several times and each time they tell me they will process it asap. I tried to email them today and my email was returned as undeliverable. Their original website is now gone and they have changed their website name from shopmodus.com to themodusclub.com Be very wary about purchasing from this company!

These guys are scammers

These guys are scammers. Advertised item For $69. After paypal payment goes through they say a further $28 per month is required to maintain the item. At this point you are unable to cancel the transaction and Paypal would not refund the money even thought the item was not received.

Fake company !

Fake company !! Placed an order in January and received a tracking. Item never arrived, contacted post office, they couldn't find the item. Contacted the company for a refund. Now website is down. Scammers.

Do NOT use this company

Firstly, I'm unsure why they have 3 stars on trustpilot, as they have only had 3 reviews, 4 including mine and they are all 1 star reviews!
Like other reviewers, l placed an order and haven't received it, they are blaming the courier, which to be fair maybe correct as its Hermes! However, since the 18th Feb '21 l have been in contact with shopmodus to either get replacements or a refund and keep getting replies saying they are looking into it and as of todays date no product or refund. Avoid this company like the plague.

BUYER BEWARE!!

BUYER BEWARE!!
It is March 5, 2021 and I received a product from ShopModus on January 19th. Immediately, it was clear that this was an inferior and damaged product. Photos were provided and a prompt refund requested on that same day. On January 21, Kim K sent an email stating she "...had already sent the photos to our team for escalation. I'll get back to you ASAP." To date, not a single response!! Beware before you make a purchase.
