I have ordered two buggies now one double and one single I have received both and had no problems delivery was fine I was kept informed of my order and processing status overall I am happy and would recommend to others
Very dissapointed
Placed pre order for pram to be delivered mid June, email received to say there was a mix up and they would not have stock and cancelling order despite pram still being available to buy pre order on their website. I also pointed this out to them, at time of writing said pram is still available to purchase. Had to chase them to issue refund. Will not buy from them again.
Bad experience
This company takes money doesn't send product. They keep saying its out of stock. I asked for refund customer service comfirm is done. After month still waiting for my money. Avoid as its only a hassle. They don't want to refund even if they haven't send order.

When asked to cancel they say refund will be with you within 5-10 days.
15 days later and I’m still waiting on this refund.

Requested a refund after waiting for 5 weeks for a delivery they clearly had no intentions of ever sending was told to wait 3-5 days for my money back which I did no sign of the money so I contacted via phone to be told it could actually take up to 10 days for a refund (longest refund I’ve ever known) still no sign. I’ve contacted yet again to ask where my refund is and was told is now an issue with their card provider and they are waiting to release my funds and to contact my bank if I want my money back sooner. Lies after lies after lies, I’ve contacted my bank and I’m going to speak to citizens advice and trading standards today to see what I can do.

Terrible customer service!
Brought my pushchair from here in December in March i noticed my car seat handle was coming away from my car seat rang and sent it back for investigation received it back said they was nothing wrong with it. Explained I don’t feel safe using it for my baby the pushchair cost me £1500 so it is a lot of money to lose when I now don’t have a car seat! However have no received no reply for 4 weeks customer service is shocking!!

Bought a swing chair for my baby which stopped working after two days. Was told I would get a refund but four weeks later still no refund. PayPal have got me my money back

Please just avoid! My expected delivery date was 19 of march. I haven’t contact me saying delivery gonna be late, so I contacted them myself and i was happy to wait another week, but still i didn’t received item. Now over month past and i asked them refund, but not received so i dispute from paypal.

I would never buy of these little angels prams i got a pram from them last year not even a year old it’s Brocken waited couple months to sort it after just sending parts to the egg pram then they tell me iv got to send it back and iv got to go get a box to do this it’s under a year old and should of been replace the first time I told them it’s faulty but they didn’t and they don’t even have a active phone number to call 1000 I paid for my egg pram y expect it to be sorted believe y me think twice before u buy from these guys there a connnn not only is my child with out her pram also out of pocket

This company are appalling. I brought a double pushchair for my newborn and 14 month old, used maximum 8 times and the shoulder straps have broken so it is completely unsafe to use. Been fighting for a refund for 3 weeks with no pushchair or means of transporting my babies and as a new mum there's so many appointments to get to and the importance of getting out the house to save my mental health!! Id order a new one whilst I fight for my refund but cannot due to cost of living crisis so I am just stuck house bound and having to carry my newborn which is really tough. They take days to reply and have been fobbing me off saying they will get it fixed via manufacturers guarantee to no avail....I just want my money back and to move on with my life!!!

terrible company, no ownership for mistake
They had the completely wrong item listed on their website, wrong image, wrong description, I would have never given this terrible unknown company my business if they had accurate information in the listing. When I received an item that looked nothing like the one I paid for they said it was my fault then secretly updated the website in the background to be accurate, now I have to pay for return postage and end up out of pocket. never again will I use a crummy website I never heard of, stick to the trusted retailers.

I ordered a high chair from little angels over 6 weeks ago now and I am yet to see it. After 3 weeks I contacted them to ask where my highchair was only to be told that the supplier had none in stock so neither did they, hopefully it wouldn’t be long. Another 2 weeks went by, I (again) contacted them to ask for an update on the product I have paid for to be told Cybex cannot give them an estimated date when they will be back in stock? It’s funny that when ringing another well known baby shop they too had no stock of the same highchair but could contact Cybex and ask for a date when the product would be available for shipping thus giving me an answer and a much more professional customer service. I am actually shocked that little angels has done this to so many people when reading the reviews.
Worst thing is I actually live in the town this shop is based in so I thought i was purchasing from a local trustworthy store but that couldn’t be further from the truth.
I wonder how many more people they will do this to?
Avoid at all costs if you would actually like to have the product you have paid for.

Please check your prices on alternative websites before from buying from here. Bought a dolls car seat, cost me £55, selling on Amazon for £22. Will not shop here again but don't want anyone else deceived like this

Very pleased with using Little Angels for our pushchair and car seat combo. Found them online and when we realised they where quite close to us we took a trip to their store. The shop is laid out really well but what really impressed us was the knowledge of the staff. We felt in real good hands and they made us feel special. We are having our 2nd child and they really understood our needs and helped us choose the perfect combination for our lifestyle and budget. I would definitely recommend using this company as other companies seemed to lack the personal touch which myself and my wife really appreciated. Thanks to all at Little Angels!
Poor communication and customer service
Ordered a new car seat for my disabled child as my car was involved in a bad accident so his needed replacing. Paid £12 for Saturday delivery when we would be in all day and so we would have it ready to take our son out in the car to his appointments/therapy the following day/week. It never came on the Saturday i had to chase to find out where it was they said it hadn’t been dispatched and they didn’t know why,
They offered delivery refund or full refund but it was Saturday afternoon by the time they offered this so by this point it was too late to order from else where as we would have had to wait until Monday anyway. So said we would accept delivery refund but it hasn’t been refunded yet. I asked when it would be dispatched/delivered so if it would be a day we were not around I could ask for them to deliver it to my parents house but they never replied until it was too late and they have dispatched it , my son has an appointment that we’re having to use a taxi company for due to no car seat 12.30-2.30 of course the car seat is coming between 1.15-2.15 which is why I would have asked for it delivering to my parents had I been given the chance. So another day and no car seat as they won’t leave it in a safe place!!
