The clothes have good quality, but take forever to be delivery, I order for my honey moon
Bought 2 months in advance and still got on time, when I tried return I figured out that I had to pay for it. So you pay for an express shipping and they send in the cheap way and you have to pay if don’t like or the size no correct !
So o definitely no recommend

I ended up with a really nice blouse, but I’m having to return the other items that I ordered due to sizing issues. The return process is AWFUL. You have to pay to ship the items which is ridiculous. You also have to wait for a return approval before you’re provided with shipping instructions. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

I forgot to mention that a portion of my order was delayed when I purchased the items.

Without a doubt, I can say that this is one of my favorite apps, the quality of the clothes, the compliance in the delivery times and the variety of designs puts it in my top 3 to buy

I really love MICAS. The quality is great and they are supper kind always. Also, the shipping is very fast!

Ordered a set from here but didn’t like how the top fitted so tried to return it. Got offered a 50% refund on item instead of returning which I accepted as thought I could wear skirt on it’s on. Refund never happened and when I emailed in again they said it was sent as a discount code for a further order!! Not what I agreed to! Was told I could go on and return the item if I wanted but can’t due to the return as I have already used the portal! Emailed AGAIN…. No reply. Never ordering from here again. It’s been way more than 24 hours! I replied on Friday and again emailed on Tuesday this week to ask again for an update!

I have had a very frustrating experience with Micas Customer service. I placed an order well over a month ago and was charged up front for the order. I have only received one item from this order. I was contacted by customer service, after waiting for a month, that some of the items were not in stack anymore. However, they did not tell me which items and I can’t not see it from my order on the app. I responded to the email asking for clarification on which items were no longer in stock and have heard nothing. I have replied to the email around 8 times and have still heard nothing from this team.
I would not order from this company if you are wanting your items in a timely manner and be prepared to have to wait so long that they go out of stock. Then be prepared to still be charged for all items but have no way of being refunded or find replacement items because no one will respond. Terrible.

I spent a lot of time carefully putting together an €213 order because MICAS seem to have some really nice products. Unfortunately, I decided not to place my order in the end because of too many unexpected costs and pricing issues.

First, I created an account on the website where prices were shown in USD. Only at checkout could I select my country, and some items suddenly increased in price without any warning (for example, shorts that were $25 became €47.65). I closed the page just in time.

I then downloaded the app, but my shopping cart didn't get synced, so I had to search and add every item again. Although prices were clearer there, I later discovered that pre-order items come with an additional €5 "split shipping" fee if you don't want your entire order delayed for more than a month. On top of that, despite both the website and app advertising free shipping above a certain amount, I was still charged €7.95 at checkout.

To make matters worse, customers have to pay return shipping to another country, with no clear indication of what those costs will be. After reading multiple reviews saying the products don't always match the photos, all these financial surprises made the purchase feel too risky.

Nice products, but be aware that some items can also be found on SHEIN for a fraction of the price. Definitely compare before buying. In the end, the whole experience was a huge waste of time for me.

These clothes are cheaply made and the shipping time is extremely slow. It took so long to arrive I actually forgot I placed and order. Looks like they have BOTS putting up reviews because the people saying shipping is fast are definitely telling a tale!

Delivery was what you'd expect, took about a week and a half, but the clothes are SO worth it. I ordered a pair of jeans and the denim feels thick and expensive. The white top I got is not see through and super stretchy. I'm so happy that the clothes are great quality because they're so cute. I'll be a MICAS customer for life :)!

Buyer beware!!!

1. They charged me for items that were on backorder delay. That goes against FTC guidelines.

2. The gold shoes that I got do not look as advertised. The gold was practically orange and the shoes looked so cheap.

3. I had an ill fitting jumpsuit and dress that was non returnable among other items listed as non returnable.

I had to have 3 separate shipments and they made it so difficult to check on my order because your tracking only showed the same tracking number for all 3 shipments and what made it worse was I had to email so many different times to get an answer! It was a horrible experience altogether. I’m not even a complainer, but this was literally the worst online shopping experience ever!

Worst online shopping experience by far. Got half of the order, the other half was delayed. I upgraded to express shipping and it still took close to 2 weeks. I had cancelled some items the same night, I placed the order and they did not honor the cancellation. I ask about it and they told me too late, the items were on their way, even though the request had been done at least 3 weeks prior and they had said the items were in back order. Then magically after the reminded of the cancellation request they had magically been shipped. Have to pay for my own return label and then go back to their website, which is difficult to access and put the tracking number and a picture of it. What a nightmare. The entire ordeal took close to 2 months. Never again.

I absolutely love the jeans I ordered! The quality is amazing, they’re super comfortable, and I received so many compliments when I wore them. The customer service was excellent, and my order arrived very quickly. I’ll definitely be ordering from MICAS again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Quality is horrific, getting a refund? GOOD LUCK speaking with bots, cost more to post the poor product back! And want to give you 50% store credit when they owe you your money back for horrible quality items!

The quality of your products are great the the shipping time can be inconsistent at times and there is not that much communication about when I would receive my order

The worst company ever. I don’t know how they are still in business. I placed an order on May 8th. Today is July 8th. I still don’t have my order. First order was “lost”. They sent another order. Now shipping says it here in my city sitting at a warehouse waiting to be delivered since June 23rd. The frustration and time I’ve taken to resolve this issue is ridiculous. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM MICAS. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY EVER! I’m in the process of reporting this raggedy company to the BBB!

I love Micas clothes. So on trend and stylish. I wear size XL and everything for me has been true to size. I will definitely be ordering more.

Got a refund and voucher, although i didn't use the voucher. Evri lost my return parcel and it wasn’t delivered to them but they refunded me. Which was nice cos that was a lot of money. Thanks Micas!
