I bought one of the googan gold rods from one of my local dealers and used it for a while until it broke. Sadly I could not return the rod so I contacted Karl's to see if I could claim the warranty on the rod. Within 30 minutes of every email I sent I got a reply and they were quick to get me a new rod shipped as soon as possible. Within less than 24 hours they promised me a new rod through a process that was quick and easy. Overall my experience with Karl's was amazing and I will now make sure that whenever I'm buying fishing tackle I'm buying through Karl's. Thank you Karls for your help

Karl's has what I need, at a significant cost savings, from being a Member. I was hesitant to join at first and was paying full price, then I tried the free month & I was hooked.

I’ve had great experience with shop Karl’s. They had great warranty work on my rod and amazing selection of baits. I really wish they would make a app for my iPhone. If they did that I’d definitely join the club membership because of how much easier it would be to not have to constantly login every time I shop.
