Awesome place to shop

Awesome place to shop. Great prices and pretty much everything you need or want they have it. Shipping is good also no hold ups so far. I will definitely use Karl's for anything I need online.

Great experience

I made my first order from Karl's Bait and Tackle and everything went great. The Googan go-to free rod promotion is what brought me in. I was going to buy this rod anyway and couldn't resist. I purchased the $150 in googan products I could use and a Lew tournament MP to go with the rod. I was a little skeptical I would actually get the rod as another reviewer said he didn't receive it but it definitely came. It did get shipped separately which caused me to email customer service for what the dillio was going on but they responded w/ in a day clarifying the separate shipments. The rod shipment by the way is why I will confidently buy from Karl's again at least for rods. It was secured with wrapping in an industrial tube which there would have been no way shipping could have damaged it. The tube was so stout I kept it for future storage ideas. The only thing stronger than this shipping tube would be a PVC pipe! Shipping was fast from Texas to Illinois. With membership the prices are awesome though I can't justify getting it as I don't buy fishing supplies that much so I'll look for their deals and promotions. Karl's is a great place you can shop with confidence at.

I have been a member since October of…

I have been a member since October of 2020 with a monthly subscription to the elite bass box.Gotta say I haven’t been disappointed yet every box has been packed full of the newest lures and are fishable in the lake and rivers in my area.I am very happy with my subscription and customer service help is great as well

Broken rod to free replacement in hours

I had gotten a gold reaction rod from Googan and while using it, it snapped into 3 pieces mid cast. I emailed for a repair or replacement and they are already sending a replacement and covering all shipping charges. By far the best warranty replacement and customer service I’ve experienced with any company. I will continue to support your company and tell everyone about my experience.

Decided to give karls another go

Decided to give karls another go. But I swear unless you have a membership they could care less about you. I tried to get ahold of support RIGHT after I placed my last order to either modify the size of trailers on the order, Brandon says no. Fine, let's cancel the order, like it says you can in the terms and conditions 8b., again Brandon says no. Instead I have to wait a week for delivery and then another week to send the item back and a 3rd week for the right size to be delivered back. I should be able to cancel my order like it says I can for standalone purchases. Brandon lost you a customer
*EDIT* A Jeremy reached out to me after this review was seen about my experience with the other support member. He offered to ship out my right sized trailers for free so I don't have to go through the process of sending baits back and waiting for the right ones to come, when I should've been able to cancel my order in the first place and just place the right order. Also offered another 4 packs of soft plastics on top of it. It makes me feel better about Karl's, I just hope they update "Brandon" on the processes if he is going to keep working support.

Best fishing club!

I really enjoy this website! It’s like a hang! Everything you could possibly need to catch fish and enjoy the outdoors while fishing.

Great money spent.

I was able to get my order within 3-4 days. Products are very well packaged. When I needed help customer service was there within 2 hours at the latest.

Good Store

Received a Lew's TP1 Black Speed Stick from Karl's. Item arrived on time, and fairly well packaged. It came in a tube which is very nice. However the ends should be wrapped in bubble wrap. The rod was just loose and bouncing around in there.

Amazing website

Being a club member has saved me so much money it’s ridiculous the free shipping takes a little longer than I’d wish but it’s free shipping so that’s a plus I can order one lure and only have to pay tax and free shipping or I can order 10 lures and still free shipping with amazing deals.

Poor customer service, shady shady, one person from this company made a difference !

I followed the rules on order more than
150 and get a free rod. No free rod, rip off. Also why do you out a contact number on the paper work for customer service only to call the number and it has a recording saying you don’t talk to customers.

Matt from Karl's reached out and was able to fix the issue.
