Great product, but mediocre customer service (question about status of delivery was answered repeatedly by reference to the up to 7 day duration of production time, even though these 7 days were already passed)

Fantastic gear and top-tier customer service!
I’ve been using a few items from Joga, including the grip socks and the Carbon Guards Pro. The socks are excellent (on the thicker side, which feels really supportive), and the shin pads are awesome—so light and compact that you barely feel them, but the carbon fiber gives you total confidence in their strength.
I also bought the Signature Duffle, which has been wonderful for storage. It easily fits two full kits, boots, shin pads, towels, drink bottles, supplements, and a ball pump. Unfortunately, the main strap attachment loop recently tore away at the seam under normal use. If the construction at that specific stress point was a bit more reinforced, this would easily be a 5-star review.
That being said, Joga’s customer service is incredible. I reached out about the issue and was very surprised by how quickly they replied. Even though the duffle is currently sold out on their website, they immediately sorted out a free replacement for me. Really impressed with how they look after their customers.
Highly recommend!

My son is absolutely delighted with his shin pads. I was a little worried about the size but I received absolutely fantastic customer service from Joga. We also got the limited edition gold one. Both great quality. I would highly recommend
