Great communication from the company. I ordered the kids size but the protection pad was too small. After voicing my concerns we agreed that the next size up would be more suitable and an exchange was sorted. 👍

My son loves these shin pads and was gifted a pair from a friend! He’s lost one, and we’ve gone straight on the website to order more, as the old bulky plastic just don’t cut it. I reached out for some help on sizing and was really appreciative for a helpful timely response! Thank you.

Great customer HUMAN service F the chatbot
Bought shin pads at full price two days later it was BOGO deal.
I messaged Joga but I ran into a 2026 Chatbot that had no comprehension of how to deal with a human my customer service experience was horrible.
Eventually, I got a hold of a human being who dealt with things according to being an understood that taking advantage of the BOGO deal as a parent of two is quite essential.
The company did the right thing they sent me out another pair of absolutely amazing shin pads, and now one of my children is a defender that is well protected, and the other one is a striker who is also well protected and agile

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I wanted a refund after offering to return shin pads because they were so tiny and would not offer any protection for my son's shins. They only offered me a 50% refund. I've emailed repeatedly saying I want a full refund, and now they do not reply. I will be taking this up with trading standards.
Avoid this pads they do not offer any protection!!!AVOID!!!!
