I was a bit skeptical initially and wasnt sure if if the product would arrive but wanted to give it a try and I’m SO HAPPY i did! Great experience. I contacted customer service and they responded back less than 1 hour. The product is perfect and I will continue to order. Thank you for existing!

I did order a gift card for my wife in Iran for Women's day as a present. They gived the giftcard on time and also showed proof of it.

I ordered an inner pot for my rice cooker. Communication went well up until payment. I received the pot but umfortunately the pot does not fit. It is not the correct original pars khazar inne pot. I have emailed and called but don't get any answer. I am obviously willing to find a solution for example buying a complete nice rice cooker but again no one answers after payment and shipment.

Product does arrive but in this case product is not correct and there is not much to do if you don't get any reply. For me 65 euros for an inner pot is not worth more than calling twice and sending email twice.

The one I had looks like the inner pot on your pictures. The one recieved does not look like the pictures on your website.

Ordered the book with the hope of getting it before Christmas. That didn't happen, regretfully mostly due to an overeager customs service in Denmark.

All along the way Saeed was most helpful in his communication.

All good in the end. Very slick ordering and follow up with notice of shipping and invitation to rate. But the product (book) does ship from Iran so it takes a good couple of weeks to arrive. That's the only downside.

The website is nice and the service is good. The only point that can make communication still better is the installing of a tracking system for delivery. This should be great because the client gets a better look on the traject of delivery... but today I´ve got message of the post office in Belgium that my package wil be delivered next week!
