We Care Nitrile Gloves: Shimmering Pink

I ordered two boxes of the We Care Nitrile Gloves 200 Count – Size Small, Color: Shimmering Pink from Home Shop Med. I absolutely love the color, and the quality of the gloves is excellent, very durable, and comfortable to wear.

The only downside was the packaging during delivery. Both boxes arrived beat up and partially ripped. I’ll likely need to transfer them into clear storage boxes for now. In the future, especially if I order in larger bulk, I hope there’s an option for sturdier shipping using corrugated boxes.

That said, I’m still giving this a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating because the gloves themselves are fantastic and the shipping was fast. I’ll definitely be ordering more soon!

Restocking fee is $202.45

I have made a purchase of special needs stroller and it took me a little while to get my child to set and try the stroller as it turns out it was very big so I started to requests an exchange. Mind you they dont have an exchange option only option is to return it and then once you get your refund you can place new order.
In 21 emails back in forth they dont tell you how much the restocking fee will be only 25% shipping fee is mentioned
Once I returned it which was done for me as a favor. The total charge cost me $318 from $968 total.Outrageous cost to return an item you never used. I do not recommend this website specifically for parents with special needs children.

Received the correct shoe and size for husband who is very difficult to find shoes that fit. Received fast too, shipped UPS. The best way to ship!

Customer service is terrible

Customer service is terrible , hours to get someone on phone they keep you on hold and hold , they charge a 25 percent restocking fee to return . No one does that . I was not happy with this company at all I will never use Shop Home Med again . 7/8/2025 I just recieved my refund $65.00 i was refunded from a pair of shoes I never opened the box of that I paid $101.65. That is bad business the lady on the phone told me the return label was on them clearly it is not or I would have just kept the shoes . Thats terrible item # ORDER SHM-A98757

I literally didn't receive nothing but…

I literally didn't receive nothing but one pack of the 12 I was suppose to get it's been two weeks since that's happened they said they got in touch with there shipping department and haven't heard anything back. I paid 50 dollars to get one pack of wipes and a razor bundle pack. Smh it shouldn't take this long just horrible. They only shipped one box with one pack of wipes and a bamboo razor and a couple bamboo tooth brushes. If they make it right I will redo this but I til then I seriously do not recommend!

My only issue was the shipping…

My only issue was the shipping miscommunication I payed for fast shipping and it got here later than normal shipping but they did refund the fast shipping I payed I have not received the Kid Walker yet it should be here tomorrow.

When we put it together it was missing…

When we put it together it was missing the bolt on the base of the mast and the two screws that hold the bracket for battery. We went and bought some to finish putting it together. It was shipped out fast and received lt quickly but wasn't told when it was shipped.
