well where to begin not only did they send a different item that was advertised then when complained months to get money back as well as subscription that not sign up for then when finally contact me they black mail you for a good trustpilot review before they will refund you just stay away if it looks to good to be true they are ripping you off

Ordered a few items online.order arrived in time and when I needed assistance the online team where on hand and help me out right away.

Phoebe contacted me personally and even made a follow up call to make sure that I was satisfied with my experience, I personally faced no issues with costumer service and am pleased with my interactions with them.

Thought I got scammed, asked for a refund hope I receive it.

Most worse experience ever. I was put on a monthly contract that I had never asked for. All I wanted to order was not in stock. Excuses and excuses is all I got. And it was also acknowledged by Shopgadgets, and a refund was promised. And again, never came. I would love to share more details, but I guess I can only advice to be not involved with this company.
