They keep on taking money frim my account, although I have cancelled my subscription??? A month ago one of you people promised to pay back my money??? I have no choice but to go to the authorities!!!!

I'm impressed by the fact that my issues were sent to the right channels speedily and my issues will be dealt with in due time.

This company is nothing but scam…They were just deducting my money from my Visa account..I was asked to put a review here so they would refund my money but it was a blatant lie..If you are foolish enough to trust them,then suit yourself.

SCAM!!!This company took the money of my mother that is 72 years old without her knowing anything and without her seeing it! 622,1€ in total in 2025 and 2024 and now the only agreed to pay back the 2 last amounts in 2025 wich is 137,8€ only, outrageous, they hide begint terms and conditions STEELING FROM AN OLD PERSON, she didn't sign for anything, she didn't ask for anything! She is an old person, she goes to the shop to buy her clothes!!! Not online. RUN from thos THIEFES

Scammers. I thought I'd bought a breathing otter toy through tiktok, turns out it wasn't and was just a non refundable membership fee, they lead you in through a dodgy site and charge you for it.
