Easy way to get some extra cash over time, I've withdrawn $47 after 5 months for reference, most woolworths receipts only give 3 cents but others pay higher. It won't make you thousands but I'd estimate you could make $100-$200 per year

It's good but you guys need to improve some little things like as I noticed that all the shops are not registered in shop Back . So that's why sometimes I put my receipt but it didn't accept. Please keep all the shops in your app.

Secondly, I can just upload 15 receipts in a week & 3 receipts in a day from the same shop. It needs to be extended or unlimited.

Thirdly, One receipt just give 3 cents so the amount need to be broader.

ShopBack has improved a lot over the years and now is the main cashback service I use for my purchases. There’s a wide variety of cashback offers, changing every day. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service. Customer service also proved useful and quite quick at replying. I certainly recommend ShopBack!

Shopback has honestly been really straightforward and easy to use. The app is simple, tracking has been smooth, and it doesn’t feel overly complicated like some cashback platforms can be.
I’ve found that for a lot of the things I’m already paying for anyway — shopping, food delivery, travel bookings and everyday purchases — I can get a little bit of extra money back, which definitely adds up over time. With the cost of living being so high these days, it’s actually nice feeling like you’re getting something back instead of just constantly spending.
It’s not life-changing money, but if you’re already making the purchases anyway, I feel like you may as well get some cashback where you can. Over time it does make a difference, especially during sales or bigger purchases.

Use this for Amazon shopping but keep getting rejected even tho I submitted all payment details. Also got rejected from many restaurants I have visited and paid for. It’s a waste of time.

I have complained numerous times and sent many emails about my ShopBack status never changing from clicked to tracked, It’s supposed to be investigated yet I’m still not heard anything. I ALWAYS have to click on the link saying I have not received my claim.

I feel it's not as they say; I made a purchase at the recommended price and received nothing.

My purchases have always tracked following the rules given for cashback. I use this app freuently to order from various merchants. There have only been 2 occasions when the rate of tracking was not correct, but Shopback customer service have managed to remediate the matter for me promptly. I always keep screenshots of order time, value etc.

I used to really love and get a lot out of shopback but I feel like lately it's not great. Things don't track properly and the bonuses for existing customers are tiny compared to new customers.

It is convenient, covers most of the receipts.

You add cashback on things you would already spend money on. It’s such a bonus! Also love the game section where you can earn cash for playing games!
