This is the best there is out there. The cashback are always true (no catch) and the gift card cashbacks are generous. I've gotten $300 back in a year. Recommend it!

Lack of Assistance
I don't have a Cash Back account. Yesterday I was scammed by a person who bought 4 x $500 gift cards with my scammed bank credit card. I was hoping those 4 gift cards could be cancelled so the scammer couldn't make use of the money. I provided the order numbers for those 4 gift cards. But Shop Back wasn't prepared to do that unless I opened an account
Having been scammed already this response was so disappointing. Not helpful and not caring.

I’m new to this sort of stuff my friend told me to jump on a app called shop back and with all my receipts I’ve collected in the months I didn’t no if I was to snap shot all my receipts that I will get something back. I was disbelief where ShopBack was taking me. lol. I gave it a go and every receipt was cents or $2 dollars etc..
I only do it for fun lol till this day I still don’t understand the ShopBack app.. lol

Misleading promotions and a customer service ethic that is designed to frustrate and annoy. The cashback offers are quite good, but often you have to fight tooth and nail to get them to honour them. Overall a pretty messy outfit.
