Not only did no company have what I wanted in the UK, I managed to navigate a site and find exactly what I was looking for with detailed explanation, pictures, and upfront pricing.
An excellent website that allowed me to make my purchase with confidence. It took very little time for my product to arrive from Germany and I was impressed with the packaging and the entire service. I have one recommendation please make sure your form where people enter address information outside of Germany works correctly as I was unable to create a normal UK address. I did contact your helpdesk the following day to explain my concern but it didn’t resolve things. However, the post office did bring a parcel to my door and you did keep me fully updated with tracking advice, thank you.

Been unable to find the required part for my Rob 600 I was relieved to find this was part was available but in Holland.
Ordering was straight forward with English available for me to use. Couple of couriers offered, used a Dutch Courier who uses Royal Mail so better than Evri .
Part arrived within 4 working days.
Will definitely recommend and if required use again,

2 months for delivery no communication until shipped. Customs charges not explained prior, so ended up costing more than buying in UK! Shocking customer service with Woman called Simone. I would not recommend this company! Awful

I find the website very well laid out, easy to search, very informative with the parts diagrams and so very well stocked with everything I may need. I’m also impressed with the information given on what I bought from my last visit or purchase. Its value for money and the service is great.

This is my second experience can find any faults always have stock of parts I need and cheaper unlike the UK will be doing more business with them

I keep asking for help but I’m being ignored. - I recently bought an electric garden tool and when I tried to use the item with a uk adaptor it would not work. With a little help I managed to get it working but the inner coiled cable seemed to be the issue. When I contacted the company they told me I needed to return the item at my cost. I emailed several times to ask for their help but I have since been ignored. Also In their reply they told me to request a cancellation on their site but I can’t do this either as I bought the item without creating an account.
Returning an item is clearly not straightforward and the company are not keen to help. It’s especially tricky for uk customers. I do hope I can get this sorted asap.
I would avoid this company especially as a uk customer.

This company has a very easy to use web site. Buying from a non-EU country proved problem free. The communication was extreemly good and the date given for delivery was correct. This is a company I would be happy to use again
