Fast delivery and good communication, fair pricing.

Easy to negotiate website, found the part I was needing, ordered it and was delivered in a timely manner in a sturdy box, part fitted perfectly and machine is now running again.

I had been looking for the new Husqvarna Bluetooth hearing protection for quite some time. Even the official Husqvarna website didn’t allow me to order them directly and redirected me to local dealers. I contacted one of those dealers, but they weren’t even able to order them yet.

After doing some deeper research, I could only find them available from two places in Europe: one website in Spain and Wolfswinkel. Since the product had only just been released, I decided to order from Wolfswinkel.

Delivery to Switzerland took around 1.5–2 weeks, which was slightly longer than usual, but perfectly acceptable since I wasn’t in a hurry.

I’m really glad I kept searching and eventually ordered from them. The hearing protection arrived in perfect condition and has actually exceeded my expectations. Very happy with both the product and my purchase from Wolfswinkel. 5 stars from me.

We placed an order with Wolfswinkel as a business.

It took three weeks for the item—which was supposedly in stock—to be delivered.

Upon unpacking the new product, we discovered it was defective; the issue was not caused by shipping damage.

It took two weeks!!! for us to finally receive a return label.

After another two weeks, we inquired about when we would receive the undamaged new product we had paid for.

We received a reply three days later stating that they were dealing with a massive volume of returns (what a surprise).

Another two weeks later, we actually received the exact same damaged item back again.

Unbelievable!

What is wrong with this company?

Never again, Wolfswinkel Groentechniek!

Now we will likely have to wait weeks again for a return label and a refund.

The verdict? Don't buy from them!

The customer placed an order on 3 May; I have never received the invoice, even though I need to submit my intra-Community VAT return.
