Purchased a headset last July 2020 after 3 month they stopped working so I emailed thrustmaser to return them which I did then the second pair stopped working then sent them back and yes the third pair stopped working.so I asked for my 90 pound refund and was told they don't give refunds !!! so now on the fourth pair.absolute joke
I’ve been going back and forth with emails for about a month, well it takes them like 30 business days to respond, and the customer service is awful. I had a spring issue which I resolved with no help from them whatsoever and then from doing this I had a problem with the calibration. So they told me what to do and nothing worked, eventually they said it seems to have been a fault with the potentiometer as this has gradually happened since the product was made according to them. This means my pedals have ALWAYS had this issue which was gradually getting worse because of bad manufacturing. Now I’m no Albert Einstein but it seems like the fault was their fault and not mine. So my wheel is about a year and half old, so it’s out of its warranty and I know how warranty works, but surely as it’s an issue because of their awful manufacturing I should get a replacement. Honestly don’t waste your time getting anything from them as it will probably break get something from a different company, they’re a money stealing company and don’t deserve any of our money with the way I’ve been treated and by reading other reviews, how others have been treated.

It's a shame seeing so many poor reviews and having to agree. I've only given 2 stars because I buy all my Thrustmaster products from Amazon or Currys PC World and their delivery + product support is great but Thrustmaster's unfortunately isn't. I think they need to improve that part of their operation before making £600 suede racing wheel attachments...
Products do not last very long and technical support is abysmal contact centre in Canada technical parts fix centre in France. Great products ruined by lack of customer interest and shoddy production. Totally rubbish company.
Cheap poorly made and broke after less than 6 months - purchased a $200 headset only to have it completely stop working within warranty period- contact Thrustmaster only to be told yep it has a fault and guess what we can do stuff all about it and you need to contact where you brought it from. Mind you I have already have had 1 unit replaced by the place I got it from as when I went to use the first headset guess what that didn’t work. The company make rubbish products that are cheaply made and the support is a disgrace ! Avoid buying anything from them ! Go Logitech or someone else just not them
I bought a Hotas 4 and the wiring came apart and the torsion spring on the joystick broke within 3 months of use. I emailed customer support for repair or a replacement, and they informed me that they do not do repairs and no longer have the stick in stock. They then told me they would refund me if I provided proof of having destroyed the stick by cutting the power cord and sending them a picture. I guess I have to fix their shoddy work myself. Thanks for nothing, Thrustmaster. I will be avoiding your garbage products in the future.
Wheel broke after six months of play. tried to contact thrustmaster support after three weeks of emails /
two phone calls i still have broken wheel no return labels no information on what is next step. this company is truly shocking customer support ive spoken to them on two phone calls 0 help or information of any value. If u see this yes wheels look nice and great but i repeat AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs.
However good the products may be - and so far I have no problem with the one I kept - the customer service is abysmal.
I submitted a request to cancel an order a week before it was despatched. They still shipped it even after saying they wouldn't.
I was then told to decline delivery when it arrived, which I did - at the end of January.
I've since been waiting for a refund. I received an email 2 weeks ago claiming the refund would be coming through in a few days and I am still waiting.
They only seem to respond to emails once a week. The experience has been terrible. I only hope I never have a problem with any of their products and need warranty support.
Worst customer service ever!! Sent 3 emails also sent 3 messenger msgs. They have no UK based support, no reply. I recently (January 2021) purchased the Thrustmaster Ferrari 458 Racing Wheel and I was very disappointed as the rubber started coming away from the wheel. Rubbish products, even worse customer service.
If you're going to leave a support phone number on your website, actually answer it! I called on different days at multiple times and was 'first in queue' for over 30 mins each time.
Since then I've been emailing for support. So far they're sorting what I want (with about 3 days between responses, which is disappointing).
Now I'm just waiting for spare parts to arrive.
I ordered and got the TCA side stick and add on quadrant..the throttle quadrant has gone awol in ups Essex hub for 5 days..tried to contact TM and UPS to no avail..terrible customer service by both parties..I am now having to go to my credit card for a recharge on this..not a good company to do business with as I’ve found out..I’m afraid one star is the lowest I can go..IMO it should be lower..can’t disguise my frustration enough over this

I was given a T-Flight 4 Hotas as a gift. The joystick failed with less than 20 hours of use.
I purchased a second product at a significant markup on the secondary market. That joystick failed during my first play session. I opened them up and found poor wiring jobs and thread blocker filled gimbal grease clogging the potentiometers.
Thrustmaster customer support refuses to provide a replacement, and is condescending in their emails.
Never again will I purchase a product from this company.
Zero response from their technical support. I have a steering wheel which stopped working properly in less than a year and I've been trying to get support since Sep and no answers at all.. this is horrible! Ridiculous!
I have bought this joystick 16000 M.
And the joystick function dosen't work properly, so I called for support and in over a week I been talking to "Nancy" Who seem to have BIG issue to read my question... I have answer all of "hers" question, given my full adress and the recipt for my product and then I also added a 3 question about why do you need my home adress to tell me about the buttons function?!
She haven´t answer any of it and Im getting so frustrated over the fact that, I try to make it "child easy" to read the question and then the support do the best to answer it right?
But no...that is game related...ehm no it is about the joystick ffs... I wonder if they have any REAL support line...

Absolute joke. I pre-ordered the Airbus Officers Pack the DAY it was available and waiting 2 months... for Amazon to tell me they didn’t have any stock.
Ordered Airbus throttle and quadrant from UK amazon the only supplier in their list. The order was placed in September and the status showed delivery by October Mid, then changed to the end of October, then changed to the first week of November, then the order was canceled. Such an unreliable supplier. Why launch a product if you cannot meet the delivery.
I would have liked to have reviewed the airbus officer pack.But due to the incompetence of Thrustmaster and Amazon ,like many others of their customers. they cancelled our orders.

After a 3 month wait 4 different delivery dates. On their final release date 23 Oct the date I had been promised I would get it from an email sent to me just 2days earlier I had an email saying sorry my order was cancelled product no longer available
