I still haven't received my order.
To let you know I still haven't received the swatch. and it's now been another 15 days since you said it would be reposted.

A good selection of mattress topper to select from, easy to order and delivered promptly. The topper is comfortable and breathable.

Absolutely shocking delivery service, arrived 2 hours late at 10:00 p.m. at night with my mattress and dropped it off. Then I had another delivery guy knocking my door saying that he needed to take a picture of it and get a code from me which I hadn't even been sent. He rang the customer service line which literally said that they were closed after 9:00 p.m. yet he was stupid enough to try two more times just in case they were open because you know that's how it works obviously 🙄, beyond incompetent

Bought a mattress at a major retailer then found out it was twice the price from shop.silentnight, same mattress. This time went straight online, put in the size, picked the one I wanted and done. Delivered on time, removed the old one. Job done. And for a good price.

The finishing on my new duvet is terrible with large amounts of the fillings leaking out

We bought our item (tower fan) and it was shipped. The Couriers (Evri) then misplaced it and told us it would be delivered the next working day. This repeated for a week and they told us to contact the senders. Which we did, and nothing happened for another week. Then Evri decided it was lost forever and it was up to us to chase the senders yet again. So we did (again) and were refunded quite promptly. Two weeks for zero result. I bought a similar item in Sainsburys for less. Zero hassle.

Evri is a terrible company for delivery

My mattress came on time, I was well informed as to where the delivery was at all times. The staff were polite and respectful of my property. The mattress is so comfortable . Great service.

The pillow was really comfortable for about a week and then lost its shape and comfinesss. I am now getting neck pain from it.

Despite an email sent a week ago about an item purchased 29th May, which should have taken 2-3 working days for delivery, I am still waiting for the item to be delivered .

All excellent. Website easy to navigate.

Lovely cooling throw, nice quality and a great price

The delivery guys arrived when expected, brought up the new mattress and took away the old one.
Lovely.
The mattress is firm and comfortable.

​I bought two of these Silentnight Airmax 1000 mattress toppers 12 months ago—one double and one single—to add to our existing spring mattresses.
​It has made a massive difference to our sleep quality without the massive expense of replacing the entire mattress. As a heavier person, I was worried it might flatten out over time, but a year later, it is still holding up incredibly well. It remains just as comfortable and supportive as the day I bought it, with absolutely no issues.
​If you want to upgrade your current mattress without breaking the bank, I highly recommend this topper!

Try delivering

The reason for the 3 star is solely down to the fact that when the mattress came it of course wrapped in plastic but it had clearly been opened at some point (who knows when) and re taped with big brown tape sealing it back up. I of course thought there is a chance this could have restocked and used as that should t r the case. I kept the mattress because I needed it but I’m not impressed at the cost and this being delivered this way it’s not acceptable!

The Silentnight 3000 Ultra Gel Box Top is genuinely amazing and 100% worth the cost.

It’s supportive without being rock hard – my back doesn’t ache in the morning anymore. The “ultra gel” actually stays cool through the night, which is a godsend for hot sleepers. The box top gives it that proper hotel-bed bounce without feeling sinky. First night I slept 9 hours straight, which hasn’t happened since my 20s.

Build quality feels premium. No weird chemical smell when it came out the box either. Worth the price
