Still waiting for a product placed on the 17th March called 3 times to be told there's an issue in the warehouse and hasn't been despatched yet even though the online customer portal shows despatched on Tuesday the 18th.
Online chat doesn't seem to work and Emails don't seem to get answered.

As discussed over the telephone there was an issue with our warehouse in the despatching of the device which was out of our control - we did keep you updated on this and a call was made today to advise it was being despatched. Hi Paul - I understand you called on Tuesday afternoon regarding this. We have raised this with DPD as the tracking showed that for some reason your order wasn't picked up from our warehouse. We are still waiting for DPD and our warehouse to get back to us on this issue as they need to investigate where the order has gone if it wasn' picked up. My colleague has got your details to call you but unfortunately we do not have a response yet as soon as we do we will call you ASAP.
