Kept my money and stopped replying to me

Have ordered from this company on numerous occasions with no issues.
Ordered £200+ worth of items in November 2025. When it still hadn’t been marked as shipped by December I emailed them and was told it may take longer due to Xmas.
At the start of the new year I emailed again, this time no reply. I wanted a week and emailed again, no reply. I tried to contact them via online webform, no response. I’ve now had to raise a dispute with my bank.

Avoid.
