Since 2014 this is the first bad review I did on Trustpilot!

TLDR; It's a good product and I would buy again. I'd probably buy on a larger retailer, as the distribution network is not the best.
I was concerned when I hadn’t received a single update four days after placing my order. The reply stating that you had no idea where the order was and that I needed to contact Amazon (which I’ve never dealt with) was disappointing. However, the product did arrive in perfect condition and is of great quality.
You simply need to improve your distribution network. The order was placed on November 16th and arrived on December 3rd, even though your website states that orders are processed within 48 hours and delivered within a maximum of six days.
Nonetheless, it’s a good product, and in the end, that’s what matters most.

So far things are going bad. Ordered via waterdropfilter.eu and instantly got an email saying that I would be contacted once order was ready to be shipped.
Five days later, since I had no contact whatsoever, sent an email to Customer Support that told me:
«After checking your order details, I found that this order is shipped and fulfilled by Amazon, which means we are unable to get any details about the shipment from our end.
If you need any further assistance, could you please contact Amazon's customer service? They may give you much more useful information.»
Which, honestly, is strange. If you buy on site X from company X that company should give you support, not another company.
But alas, I went and called Amazon who said the order code I have doesn't match anything on their end and looks very much like a merchant specific order code.
Where does that leave the client? I would 100% preferred to have bought this on Amazon, they never failed me like this. Even if the product is excellent, so far the experience has been stress inducing.
If you can't manage an online store, pay someone else to do it. Put your merchandize directly on Amazon. Do whatever you must to have a good customer service.
Just don't say to the client that you "are unable to get any details about the shipment" and ask him to contact a third party that's not in any way directly involved in the transaction.
