5*. Good comunication

I recently purchased a sunrise medical Q300M and needed a
Seenin total waterproof wheelchair cover as I have been caught out in rain showers and had to use a bag to cover my R Net controller. Ordered and the item arrived a couple of days later and is perfect. I can now go out and not worry about getting wet or getting my chair wet. The Seenin total waterproof wheelchair cover is the only cover that would fit my chair due to the headrest so really pleased to now have it and also have a positive shopping experience with Disability Horizon.

Order never received all emails unanswered

The full finger wheelchair gloves were a joy and relief to receive. I got Large because a Medium that I bought from a different company was so tiny I could barely fit a pen in the fingers. I used the guide on Disability Horizons to buy one size higher. Clearly, that failed.

Good quality gloves. However, they feel awkward and I can’t easily or smoothly self propel when I wear them. I’m therefore back (wards) to doing so with bare hands, mostly. Whether the size or new leather I don’t know. It’s disappointing and sad.

My hands were recently diagnosed as having tremors, and they became very painful.

I hope to find some that give my hands relief.
