It is a really good bottle and helps me but not that great of flavour

Ive bought pods before. And I have to say, the new flavours and designs are awesome! I’m so happy with these, the old ones were good but these are so much better! Thank you air up!

I was sceptical that this works bought one for my daughters birthday and am amazed how water tastes different drunk from these bottles. I am a convert and better still it has my child drinking more water

They are great quality products. A fantastic way to get kids water intake up, but I do believe they are expensive.

I actually bought the product for my 12-year-old granddaughter who thinks is the best thing since sliced bread

This is 3rd time I'm buying Air up. I fall in love with new O bottle, I've got burgundy colour. The strap is amazing. I don't have to take a bag for my bottle anymore. And bubble gum smell is so strong that I can smell it even before I open the bottle. Thank you for this design and I hope in future strap could be as accessory that can be add to all of your bottles.

Bottle is very high quality and flavours are long lasting and fresh.
Definitely has helped me getting more water in during the day also!

No flavour at all ,has to be one of the worst useless items I have ever purchased ,
DO NOT BUY ,YOU WILL BE PAYING GOOD MONEY TO TASTE ORDINARY WATER ,WITH NO FLAVOUR

Ease of ordering and great value for money. Love the variety of the pods, find it so much easier to drink water now - actually prefer it to soft drinks. So glad I switched to air up.

Royal Mail delivered the bottle to the wrong address. I reported the issue through the Air Up website, and their customer support team responded immediately, allowing me to reorder the bottle without any hassle. Many thanks to the customer support team for their quick and helpful assistance!

We bought two Air Up bottles last November as gifts for our children, and to say we are disappointed is an understatement. For a premium-priced product, the quality is shocking.
​Both bottles leak constantly, completely soaking our children's school bags. We have checked and double-checked the seals, and everything is perfectly in place, yet they still fail to keep water in.
​On top of the leaks, the design is a hygiene nightmare. It is almost impossible to reach inside and properly wash all the components, especially the inner parts of the covers/caps. Residue naturally builds up, and standard washing just can't get into the tight crevices.
​The ultimate irony is that our kids have completely stopped using their expensive Air Up bottles. They now prefer to use cheap bottles from Aldi, which are completely reliable, easy to clean, and never leak.
​We have reached out to customer service to file a warranty claim and demand a full refund. Save your money and buy something else—the design of these bottles is deeply flawed.

A package of pods were missing in my order, got a replacement shipped out.

The service was outstanding from start to finish. Ordering was simple, and the delivery arrived within just a couple of days. I’m very impressed with the whole experience and would definitely recommend.

Bought this for my Grandaughter in Australia. She saw them when she was in the UK and did not stop going on about them. Can't buy in AU . She will be delighted bought for her birthday in July.

Luckily I was able to find the lost item from my son's water bottle quickly with the help of the chatbot.

Absolutely terrible design. Bottle just leaks. Cant use for school anymore as not suitable for a school bag as just leaks

It actually works !!! It’s genius 🤩. I desperately need to drink more water but I struggle. Since having my O bottle I’m drinking a least one bottle a day, quite proud of myself ☺️. My only criticism, you can’t buy the scrunchie straps separately. I wish I had bought a different colour but after speaking to customer support the only way I can get a different strap is to buy another bottle and that wouldn’t be cost effective. But I am impressed with the fact the water DOES taste fruity 💚🩷🧡
