Loved the head and shoulder massage before I flew. Got there early just for this.
So disappointed that the gatwick south one was removed. This is where my regular flight to Ireland flies from. So unfortunately I can no longer use this service.

Amazing massage at Gatwick north terminal - it was a complimentary free 5 min massage but the best I’d ever had

Binta and Dimple were amazing! Worked out sore muscles and helped us relax after a very long flight. Definitely worth a visit if you’re heading through Gatwick.

Ankita was kind, efficient and gave the best mini massage I’ve ever had! Really brilliant and just what I needed as my neck had been so sore! She has healing hands for sure!

I was travelling the day after completing a triathlon and not looking forward to coping with sore muscles in an airplane seat.
Tina Marie at AeroSpa in Gatwick North was immediately welcoming and booked me in for a chair massage immediately.
She listened to what I needed and got a ‘deep tissue’ pressure just right.
Although you’re in the middle of a busy terminal the design and comfort of the seats and ambient music at just the right level it is a restful experience.
It certainly helped and I slept most of the journey.

She not only made me feel so relaxed but her skills are phenomenal and totally not what I was expecting for an express treatment. A little airport magic!

I met Tinamarie at the airport and what started as a conversation turned into such a lovely surprise. She gave me a 10 minutes deep massage focusing on my back, shoulders and neck, and somehow managed to completely unknot my shoulders. Her touch really is magic. I walked away feeling like I was floating.

She also tinted and threaded my eyebrows for me, which was a first, and I’m absolutely delighted with the result. They look so natural and just right.

Tinamarie was warm, intuitive and incredibly skilled. I had the feeling that I’d finally found the right person at exactly the right moment. Thank you for sending me off on my journey feeling lighter, relaxed and a little more like myself. 💛✨

I had a fantastic experience at Aerospa, Gatwick North. The deep tissue massage Sumaya provided was amazing - she was able to work through all my aches and pains, and was very warm and professional. I enjoyed it so much, I returned for a facial. Again, a wonderful service from Sumaya.

I think I’ve found my new favourite airport activity.

I had pedicure done in Gatwick South salon on 25.06.26. What I liked most, was the proper way of doing things. And after that tiring flight it was pleasure to stretch my feet in the bed and just feel good about them.

Sumaya is lovely, gentle , professional and gave me a great service. I highly recommend her.

I had a wonderful experience at Gatwick South Terminal getting a deep tissue massage. Jessica managed to work out the tension in my shoulders in just a few minutes. I could feel a significant warmth and then a lightness in my shoulders and neck. Jessica was very professional, skilled, and friendly. I highly recommend stopping by!

I normally do my own gel nails but did not have time before my travels so decided to have them done at the airport. I had them done on 08/06/26 in Gatwick North. Less than 24 hours and the gel on two of my nails has come off. I will now need to have the remaining gel removed and my nails redone whilst on holiday. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this service. The staff were friendly however the gel nail service clearly not fit for purpose.

Met the lovely Jessica at Aerospa in Gatwick (South) and she gave me the best massage ever! She’s the sweetest person and I think having this at airports is a brilliant idea.

Tinamarie was fab. The head massage was amazing. I had 20 minutes of the Verbier oil and felt wonderful afterwards. And the travel pillow is perfect. Thank you I’ll be back!
