I had a bad experience with this spa. I booked my spa experience on Father’s Day at 6pm. I attend my spa session and they told me I can’t use the spa facilities because they close at 7pm but this was not mentioned to me on the phone when booking the experience. Now I have to pay extra for my father to use to spa facilities.

Absolutely loved my visit. The spa facilities are stunning and create such a calming atmosphere. The masseuses were exceptional easily one of the best massages I’ve had and the receptionist was warm, friendly, and helpful. The whole experience felt luxurious and relaxing. I’ll definitely be back!

Had the most amazing and relaxing time at the spa after a hectic morning I was able to shut of and relax. The spa was intimate and cosy but I enjoyed the facilities all to myself. Then the 50 min massage was perfect, my whole body felt so relaxed would definitely come back to revisit.

My experience was very relaxing calm, I enjoyed every moment and would want to come back very soon, oh the staff was amazing making sure I was happy and the massage was great ❤️

I had such an amazing time at the spa. I had a 50-minute massage with a therapist called Diana. She was exceptional—kind, respectful, and very thoughtful. The massage was extremely relaxing, and the 50 minutes went by so fast. After the massage, I was able to enjoy a glass of prosecco and 1 hour in the spa (sauna, hammam, and jacuzzi). The place was small and welcoming, and the team was very friendly. I highly recommend the place.

It was so quiet and not busy so I was able to fully relax with my book and glass of bubbly! Massage was one of the best I've had, full body Swedish massage, it was shorter in length than expected but I would return again for sure.

My sister and I had an amazing day at Beauty & Melody. From the warm welcome to the pristine facilities, everything was perfect. We started with a relaxing dip in the jacuzzi, followed by a soothing massage in a serene, private double room. The therapists were skilled and attentive, making the experience incredibly relaxing.

We also enjoyed the steam room and sauna, this is the ideal spot for a blissful escape. We highly recommend it for anyone needing a tranquil retreat and can’t wait to return.

You offered us to stay a bit more in the tranquil spa area. Even though we were late.

Definitely unforgettable! For a start the address didn't show that you based in MC building. The phone line wasn't responding and the reception people explained that something was wrong with phone line despite one of them was engaged on one phone with private conversation. I've booked 2 months in advance to redeem my Gift Voucher and I did mention to that I don't drink an alcohol and sparkling water, juice or cup of tea will do well. Unfortunately they didn't have enough time to be prepared for such simple task! I was offered an orange juice lately and after quite a long waite and a couple reminders an apple juice was served. It was very unusual to get additional charges for a bathrobe and slippers (I brought my own) and to my horror when I applied to my body a shower cream I couldn't wash it off because water from all showers was boiling hot. A few customers, who were using a spa from early morning, did mention opposite, that showers were freezing cold earlier!
I would like to mention that lemon water is kept in reception and never offered to customers in a spa/pool area and people are walking to reception and asking for water...
My body massage was unusual either - it ended with very intense head rubbing and it was not possible to call it as a head massage at all.
I've asked 3 times to help with water temperature but no one gave an assistance! I had no other choice but to leave with a sticky soppy hair and body.
Very unprofessional. Very unprepared and absolutely careless!
DO NOT RECOMMEND TO NO ONE!

My experience was beyond my expectations. Everything was perfect, the team gave me a warm welcome and they made me feel super comfortable.
The therapist who did my massage was super professional, she checked on me if the pressure was good enough and same thing for the other treatment. She was incredible, she released me from all my stress!
I recommend this spa and I will come back for sure.

Beauty and Melody provided a wonderful experience both times I have attended. On my 2nd time, unfortunately there were unforeseen maintenance works going on at the spa we were booked into, but we were offered to upgrade to a larger location which was lovely! Our massage was lovely and the staff were kind and friendly.

I had one of the best deep tissue massages today with Sarah. The spa is clean and relaxing with a lovely jacuzzi, steam and Sauna. No pressure to hurry. Complementary glass of Prosecco with the spa package. Easy to find location.

An amazing experience. Staff very attentive and helpful. Will definitely be coming back.
