Great products and a great price. So great to deal directly with a company rather than but thorough a commercial giant. I had a small issue with an order which was not communicated effectively due to a mail server issue. However this was dealt with very quickly and the matter was resolved. Very happy with this company and I will certainly be a repeat customer.

Happy with the product however would appreciate having cheaper postage options. Not everyone needs items delivered overnight.

Looks good and strong and just the right size, which is what is needed because it's going to be the liner for a sump in the basement where we get a build-up of ground water.

Great service, delivery speedy, well packaged

The products themselves are great, but the delivery process was not. Despite the claim of next day delivery, I ordered on a Tuesday morning and received the delivery on the Friday. Also, no indication was given that the delivery itself would be on a pallet delivered kerbside. I live in a block of flats and so if I had known this was the case I would not have gone ahead with the order. The shipping information on the website needs to be much clearer. I would have been happy with a 2-3 business day delivery if it was stated as such and it is very important to tell a customer if the delivery is not going to be made to the property itself and on a pallet. This is often not suitable for residential properties.

Your side was absolutely fine. I cannot say the same thing for APC delivery people who have come here. On each occasion we were here but the parcel was not delivered!!! Last Friday if there had any power of observation at all there would have seen a light on the outhouse where I was on dialysis. Yesterday I do not think they came here at all but delayed delivery!! They succeeded today. I personally would have serious thoughts about using this firm; every other firm has no problem when delivering to this property.
