Top marks for customer service - both Soj and Amanda have been first class in dealing with my questions on your golf shoes having sent two sizes to try and a golfing colleague has bought the other pair! Delighted to find shoes that fit my bunion feet.

Excellent shop, Amanda is an angel. My feet are such an almighty nightmare so I don't yet know if the shoes are going to be ok, but if they're not it won't be for lack of effort on Amanda and Shoemed's part. I wish I lived closer.

Amanda was very helpful and clearly wanted to ensure that I bought the right shoes to suit my difficult feet. I am wearing them most of the time now and they are very comfortable. The cost was more than I had expected to pay but I am hoping the benefits will prove that I made a good investment.

Apparently excellent slippers but for my father with a lot of arthritis they didn’t work, but bubbling, good fit, but caused him pain and have to return sadly as very well built shoe and good and non slip

had a problem with paying on their online site. Phoned ShoeMed and my order was taken over the phone and was delivered withing 4 days

Good product and service, speedy delivery. One criticism, package arrived covered in sticky mess, repackaged by Post Office so not your fault but you should be aware.

I went for a shoe fitting. My appointment went well over the 40 minutes but the kind assistant listened carefully, found me several possibilities and never hurried me. I am happy with the shoes I selected.

I was disappointed shoemed are not shipping to Australia. I purchased some shoes over the phone. My sister lives in Stratford upon avon & she called in to collect my shoes so she could post them to me. Amanda mentioned parcels have been going missing with all the issues in the strait of Hormuz but when this situation is resolved shoemed will resume shipping to Australia which I was happy to hear. I always get good service from shoemed.
