Polos ordered.

The fabtic is fairly thin (wrinkles easy)
The fit is just falls bigger then i am used to and the armlength is shorter.

Excellent service in the Hamburg store from Mr. Chazz. Very friendly and no sense of being rushed. He took the time to go through the various fabric choices, colours and finishing touches etc. Shirts came quickly and were excellent. Fit was very good and fabric quality of a high standard. Will definitely be buying more.

My shirt was made wrong. I have followed all protocol and sent the required photos and have not heard anymore.

Sharon made an appointment to meet me for taking up measurements personally. Shirt was ordered and came through in a matter of weeks. Unfortunately the fit wasn't quite as good as I had hoped, but Sharon came back to redo the measurements and have the shirt adjusted free of charge. Second time around the shirt fitted perfectly! and she even offered me a new shirt to make sure the measurements are set correctly in the system. The second shirt turned out even better, so now the measurements are great, i can just order whatever I like directly from the website! I love the quality of the shirts too, it's a very good deal!

Ordered my first shirt and it was good. We needed to make some adjustments to the measurements and i think the next one will be very good

My 4 shirts came with the wrong size, never happened before. But the Shirtbyhand team handled it professionally. Shipment to return was paid by them and new shirts was ordered for me right away.

The polo shirt is of exemplary quality and is very well cut.
I am very satisfied with my purchase.

However, in my french "fashonista" opinion, there was a design flaw concerning the length of the polo.

Despite the fact that I entered my measurements (and especially my height), the polo was too long.

I'm 171cm tall, and this polo cames down below the fly of my pants.
It looked like it was made for someone who's at least 185cm tall.

I'm going to take it to a seamstress to get it really tailored.

Well, no big deal, the customer support offered me to refund me the tailor cost and adjusted my measurements in my account.

After confirming that I needed the shirt for a special occasion and a specific date, it did not arrive on time. I understand that delays can happen, but it was disappointing because I made sure with all workers I spoke with.
This was already bad but I understand is due to the delivery company's involvement.

The real issue was the company's reaction after the mistake. They did not offer any apologies initially; only after I complained and they did not offer any solutions.

Very disappointed with ShirtByHand and the poor service I received.

Shirt seems very well made but the sleeves are way to long. With my arms down to the side it hangs past my fingers. The diameter of the sleeves are to big as well. Honestly I'm not very satisfied with the shirt for how much I paid. That being said I would not be scared to place another order if they made this right. I really enjoyed speaking with Jonathan Farley. He is a great embassador for the brand. I think maybe some measurements got messed up somewhere along the process.
