Ship station is the worst. A company that I buy from 'amazing botanical ' uses this service.rveryime I see that my items were shipped using shitstation my package is LATE. No exaggerating....and usually when I search the tracking it never moves according to USPS. This is using priority USPS also. Search 5 days ...no movement while ship station has their fingers in it. If it's just USPS I can follow and track perfect. I hate it when I see ship station has anything to do with my package. Make no sense.

Reliable, but rate shopper shouldnt be an extra cost. Shipstation should also double as a WMS and offer an all in one solution.

You upgraded the software and now my account doesn't auto fund. The chat bot didn't know anything, so it went to get a human, who knew less and was in a hurry to get off the chat, even though I told them it still wasn't working. Now I have to deal with a label error every time I want to print a label. Sometimes it's best to leave well enough alone

So far Shipstation has been amazing for us because it has allowed us to merge shipping operations for our multiple companies and it makes it so much easier to create labels as we no longer have to manually input customer information. Since our picking operations are a little tricky, the scan to verify function is a life saver. I just wish the ShipStation app allowed you to scan to verify since we use mobile scanner devices and I have the use the browser which is just too messy. Other than that, I'm saving money by using ShipStation rates + my negotiated rates on shipments based on what's cheaper, decided by the awesome rate shopper function. Also, the reports are amazing!! And I've used very powerful apps but it gives me reports that are so useful, clean and precise. I'm genuinely happy with it, Please please please make a scan function in the Shipstation app!! This would make it all perfect

It is actually a very easy and simple system to use. Probably the only issue I had was when I change the name of my company. It took me a little while to get in and adjust the profile as well as my new address.

Shipstation has terrible support. Due to some issues on their end they locked me out of my account. I had no way to reach them other than calling them on a Friday when orders are due to go out. Offshore poor quality support. I am leaving them and will not deal with this level of poor service. Something is definitely going on there to cause users these issues. This never happened before. I am not alone with these problems.

We have been using Shipstation for a while now, and to say it is useless would be an understate. When using carrier APC Overnight it does not mark the tracking off properly for either TikTok shop or on amazon. This has caused us loads of issue with the tracking and invalid tracking rates on both platforms. Directly because of Shipstation. When I raise is with the customer service team I get told to go a talk to Amazon and TikTok as it is their systems that are at fault. What's the point of paying for system that you have manually up date everything!?!

An absolute shit fest of an IT company, requiring two factor authentication and mandatory password resets. They crashed my entire S&R server and now I can’t print anything because I have to go grab a monitor and plug it in to fix the issue.
What morons required mandatory password reset and 2FA, also there BS Ship Station connect is some of the worst software I have ever had a displeasure of dealing with.
