My overall experience with Shiny Smile Veneers has been good. I got my lower teeth impressions right on the first try, and received my veneers for my lower teeth already. I had to re-take my upper teeth impressions twice, and the impression kits cost $22 each, so that was kind of frustrating. Other than that, the customer service has been good, I usually get an email reply within a day answering any questions I have about the process. Still waiting on receiving my upper veneers, but the lower veneers that I got look good and fit well.

My First st of Impression failed and I was going to give up but I received a email from ShinySmiles encouraging Me to try again and I was sent a new set. The second set was a success. ShinySmiles have tutorials on YouTube and also provide a link to have a representative go through the process with You

I was very please with the astetics and fit of the veneers. They look amazing and definitely will boost your confidence. I was slightly disappointed with the durability as they broke just three weeks of use. Hopefully the warranty will allow me to get a new set

As someone that can't afford dentures at this point this is an amazing find!! Don't get discouraged with the impression stage ...it took me 4 times to get it right...but once I did my veneers were being shipped back to me in no time. They look so natural! I can smile again with full confidence! Great product! Great company! Customer support is just an email away with quick response to help. Definitely give them a try if you want your confidence back!

I bought and payed omost 400$ top set and not even a week after I got them I was chewing a Reesie’s cup at room temp and snapped the veneers in half I reached out about that and it’s been stall after stall late responses takes a week or two to even get a response back I sent pics and vids exsplaning the issue and was told I’d get a replacement set when the lab looks into my case . But when I ordered I had to message them to verify and over and tried calling 500 times no response because the wrong address as on shipping they sent it to the old address because not one person responded to my emails calls anything then I had someone reach out after they revived them back and they said I would receive 2 extra tops for lo my troubles and I havnt recived them either don’t waist your time or money if your missing a tooth it will brake in that spot and you will not get a responses to your questions unless you don’t mind waiting for a response weeks at a time and being stalled and lied to had my set for a week and they snapped like they was made from some cheep plastic not even worth the money if they brake from eating a peanut butter cup 🤷🏼‍♂️ so far promised 2 pair for the troubles and the replacement pair and can’t even seem to get a replacement pair set to be made and delivered and nothing else has been said from the phone call I recived saying I’d get two pair free

The process at Shiny smiles has been very smooth so far. I have completed the impression process and it was accepted on the very first try. The instructions was clear and video very helpful. I have not received my veneers at this time but looking forward to finished product. I will update once veneers are received.

If you can be patient, these veneers can change your life. The copy works diligently to get you a proper fil. Well worth the money. I may buy more just to keep on hand. Love them!

The product is very good. We started the process in mid April and are awaiting the lower veneers which are awaiting shipment. We had quite a challenge making acceptable impressions for the lower veneers...8 tries!
