Absolutely great company with amazing customer service! They made it incredibly easy and simple to make my impressions and the instructions were very clear. Currently in the process of waiting for my veneers to reach me, but I am so excited!

I can't wait to get my teeth.. just the thought of being able to eat actual good again and to be able to smile without trying to hide my teeth is amazing.. my first impressions were rejected so I had to purchase another kit but it was only $22.other then that got no complaints .. I have had an excellent experience with Shiny Smile. Impression kit was delivered quickly, and was very easy to use. I sent it back in the prepaid box and received my Veneers in 3 weeks. They snapped in tightly, were a great fit and look awesome! I loved them so much I have ordered a second set! Also the couple of questions I had were answered lightning fast by costumer service.

I have been a repeat client for a few years now! My favorite part about SMV is the convenience and ease of the at home impression kits! Instructions are direct and fun. Most of all, costumer service has been very helpful always and my concerns are always replied to with considerate care in a timely manner! The product itself has yet to disappoint me as well! Very happy with my arches! They came promptly, they came with a nice case, and cleaning tablets. The process to make the arches is very straight forward and there are tons of videos on their YouTube to help you out! This has restored my confidence and my smile!

I initially started this journey in March of this year. Customer service is top notch, they always went out of their way to help me with my impressions & molds! Received my bottom veneers & they are amazing! My tops just got accepted, it was a long process however again,time after time customer support was very helpful! Cannot wait to get my tops!

My first impressions were rejected so I was nervous to do the second ones. To my surprise the second ones were accepted and I await the delivery of my veneers.

I really respect the diligent pursuit of excellence from Shiny Smile throughout the process that has transformed my smile and confidence. As I'm currently waiting for the lower veneers to arrive, I'm already ecstatic with the top veneers. I don't think I'll ever do anything for strictly cosmetic reasons again, so Shiny Smile will always be an unforgettable part of my life. I would highly recommend Shiny Smile veneers to anyone.

So far so good. Had to do my impressions a second time but no problem they were a lot better that time. Great company so far.

Happy to get my smile back! The snap ons take a little getting used to, but the process was easy and I’m glad to have my confidence back. Shiny Smiles was very communicative which was a plus.

If I could give this review no stars, I would. I have been going back and forth with them for an upwards of over a year and a half now, with literally not ONE SINGLE USEFUL mold accepted on my end. That’s almost 2 years of molds that they have consistently denied or declined. The statistics is slim to none. Then they expect you to pay $20.00 for every new box of molds. I’ve followed the videos provided by them, I’ve done MULTIPLE appointments, sat almost statue-like for 5 minutes or longer while they hardened, and still yet- somehow every single one of them have never once been approved. SAVE YOUR MONEY! This place is a scam!! They take your money and refuse to give you your finished product! They constantly send you emails saying you need to redo them along with ANOTHER $20.00 purchase! So not only are you already paying over $600.00, they’re also expecting you to spit out $20.00 ON TOP of the down payment for every denied set of molds they want to resend you- just to tell you that they need to be redone. Do your research and buy from somewhere else! And of course it’ll only let me date this from the last 12 months, not the original date I purchased from here which was in February of 2024! That’s how long I’ve been back and forth with STILL ZERO FINAL PRODUCT!!!
