I got the Hades and Persephone reversible hoodie. It’s thick and oversized. I am a 5’11” and I have strangely long arms and this fits amazing with a size medium. It is heavy, warm, and big. I love it. It shipped in about a week and got to me in maybe five days. Definitely worth it.

I ordered two hoodie’s totaling 193 dollars the week before Christmas and still have not received any confirmation or update even though it’s been more than 5-10 business days. I have emailed the support email with no response and now feel as though I was robbed of 200 dollars. Order #57280

Got the cool looking reversible hoodie, and as someone who rides bikes, I’ve never seen a better hoodie for the cold weather. I got a cool design with the thickness of wearing two hoodies, but not looking too bulky.

I've done two separate orders from them over the past 2 or so years, and have only had positive experiences to speak of. The only downside was that a preorder for a hoodie was delayed, but I also preordered it around a month before the release date, so if you're planning on getting something as a gift definitely preorder sooner rather than later!

Not bad XL fits perfectly, only thing i would say would be the bicep and tricep area (arms) that it was kinda tight since I have big arms. Overall good quality

Finding the item I wanted was super easy and then my package arrived safe and sound. The sweater I bought is super warm and cozy. The design is beautiful. Excellent product, would totally buy again.

Ordered the Sakura sling bag, it's so cool and I love the creative design. The pockets and straps are very convenient. :)

Packaging is nice, shipping is prompt, designs are cool and quality.

I ordered a hoodie during their Black Friday sale after receiving >>early access<<. I placed my order on November 27, 2025, and after hearing nothing about the order being shipped, I followed up with customer support 14 business days later.

Their response, two days after my inquiry, was that the hoodie was out of stock due to a shortage and that I had been refunded. They also added, “This hoodie should be restocked next year!”

The wording already felt a bit patronising—especially being told an item I ordered to receive this year might be available next year-yet I had to contact support myself to learn that it wasn’t even in stock. Having my order canceled and refunded without prior notice is extremely poor communication.

When I replied expressing my disappointment, they acknowledged it was “100% on them.” However, the final line of their email-“Hopefully you can enjoy the hoodie one day!”-felt even more patronising. An item I ordered 23 days ago, which I expected to be mine soon, has now become something I will most likely never receive now.

To make matters worse, there was no offer of a replacement, discount, or any attempt to make amends-just a straightforward refund. This experience has completely put me off the brand after hearing good things about them.

Edit 21/12/25: Updating this review as Alex, the founder of Shihiko, reached out to me with a very sincere apology and kindly offered to personally send me one of his own Phantom Web Hoodies free of charge. A genuinely thoughtful gesture. I’ll return to update this review once more after I receive it.

Edit 17/01/26: I received my hoodie along with a few extra goodies from Alex earlier this month, and after wearing the hoodie several times I can honestly say it’s been amazing. The material is high quality, incredibly comfortable, fits perfectly, and looks great.

Alex completely turned my experience around, taking what initially felt like a one star situation and making it a five star outcome. This truly showed me that Shihiko genuinely cares about their customers and stands behind their products.

I just receive my hoodie and I love it so much! It’s as advertised and it’s so comfortable it does have a bit of weight to it but because it’s double sided so it makes sense. It feels nice like a weighted hoodie. 🖤✨100% recommend!

Got here to the Netherlands in about 2 weeks during the busiest time of the year. I ordered the spider hoodie and it fits and feels fantastic, worth every penny! The material on the hoodie feels amazing and soft. First was a bit picky about which size I had to get but the Discord server assured me and sorted me out, was the right call!

I love my sweatshirt. I got two of the phantom sweater shirts (one for me and one for my husband.) Amazing quality, awesome design. I will absolutely be purchasing from here again!!
