I bought the LensUltra 10x Traditional Macro Lens by ShiftCam and I am so happy with the quality of the glass and the beautiful bokeh with stunning details the lens is able to capture. The focal range is 10-15mm away from the subject so I like to use this for inanimate objects like flowers, plants, water refraction, etc, and I find focusing easier with the hood removed. This lens really takes mobile phone photography to the next level. I also really appreciate the portability factor of this. Highly recommend!

I have to say, i’m pretty happy with this lens! I have an iPhone SE and I find my photos lacking. They are often blurry. So, I ordered the Shiftcam LensUltra 10x Traditional Macro Lens and I can now get beautiful, detailed photos in my garden and out in nature. I like to identify plants, mushrooms, and insects so the detail is really important for me to get the correct identification. I did notice some difference in colors between photos with the lens and photos without the lens. I didn’t mind it. My flowers actually had a really pretty deeper color.
I will say that there is some imperfections on the lens hood but it doesn’t effect the photo. Also the lens hood sometimes pops off when I’m attaching it to the mount but it’s an easy fix. Over all, I’m having fun and happy with the lens. Oh and it comes with a little case that keeps the lens safe from scratches and within easy reach!

There was a video of the OWNER OF THIS SHIFTCAM COMPANY advertising this $1 promotion on the link I entered my credit card info but suddenly that youtube video of him explaining the promotion is suddenly gone and nowhere to be found on youtube or the original link I used!!!! Initially, I engaged with their $1 pre-order offer, unaware of the deceptive nature of their operations.
Soon after providing my credit card details, unauthorized transactions were made, draining my bank account. This incident highlighted ShiftCam's malicious intent to exploit customer trust solely to obtain credit card information for fraudulent purchases on platforms like SteamGames.com.
It's evident that ShiftCam's practices are aimed at deceiving customers and misusing their personal and financial data. I'm sharing my experience to warn others and emphasize the importance of caution when interacting with such entities.
Please protect yourself and your financial information from potential scams like ShiftCam.

I received a bill from Fedex for $345 from customs. Shiftcam never disclosed that such a high fee or any fee would be associated with my order. I would have never placed the order with Shiftcam for equipment for my small business if this had been disclosed. This is deceitful and appalling. This company should be avoided unless you go into it okay with an additional 25% added onto your bill after the fact that wont be mentioned or disclosed until you get a bill in the mail.

Do not use the Shiftcam wrist strap , it is not fit for purpose ! The ring detaches from the case allowing the phone to fall . Purchased 8 months ago it apparently is no longer covered by the guarantee ! The ring doesnot have a secure mechanism to prevent it opening but when it fails it is classed as misuse !

The 75mm macro is a cheaper alternative than traditional. I use it all the time, as its way more compact and faster to use with my phone. It is amazing how compact it is to carry around with you and how easy it is to set up. I'm love with wildlife, flowers, scenery and fine detail. The focus point is very fine so make sure you're focused on the area you want in detail. I would recommend this to family and friends as well. It's not suitable for just everyday photography but it is very precise. The price is a little pricey for me but it does an amazing job. I like that it comes with a carrying case. I only have given this 4 stars because it's not the greatest but good.

I’m loving my new ProGrip and accessory pack!! The ergonomic design makes it so much easier to capture content on the go using my iPhone 15 Plus. Love the burst-shoot feature and charging functionality too.
I also ordered the Workflow Sling S and neck strap and am really impressed with the quality of all items. Lots of space and functional.
Looking forward to having all this content creation equipment on my upcoming trip to Ireland.
I needed to contact ShiftCam’s customer service to sort out a small issue with one item and found them to be responsive and solutions-focused. A big thank you to Ariana Cesista and team for ensuring my query was handled in a timely manner. I really appreciate it.

Ongoing issues with this company to get a refund. I paid over $200 for this product but it never arrived. After communication with them It did arrive but by then I had upgraded to a different iphone. After many efforts to return this product they finally agreed but it cost $200 to ship back to the company in China! Wow. Since then they have offered me money ($20) to change my review but have still not resolved my original issue. I will not change my opinion of this company unless they resolve my problem!

Shiftcam has terrible customer service and does not stand behind their products. Good luck getting Shiftcam to honor any sort of warranty or accept returns. Items are shipped straight from China and you will have no recourse with their poor quality and defective products. Avoid at all costs.

Do not buy from this company—they are a scam! Unfortunately, I purchased their product, which does not meet the criteria described on their website. They refuse to reimburse me.
It's a shame their product doesn't meet the specifications advertised, and they are unwilling to provide a refund. I am happy to share the conversation I had with them as proof. I have filed a claim against them.
They claim their product has an "ergonomic grip designed to enhance stability and improve your photography experience." This is a lie.
I can send a video to anyone who wants proof. I made a video with the grip and one without, and there is no difference in the photography experience.
They also mislead you by making the product useless unless you buy additional pieces. They exaggerate what the product can do. Please be aware of this before buying. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
According to the law, you have the legal right to a refund if you were misled about the product or service you bought. Misleading selling can include giving wrong information about the product, wrongly saying you need to buy extra items to make the most of it, or exaggerating its capabilities compared to other products.
They still haven't accepted my refund request.I am not not used to put message like this, but I don't want anyone else to be scammed like I was.

I recently purchased a ProGrip unit and had it for two weeks, using it only three times, for a total of about two hours. After the third day of use, I charged the unit and put it in my bag for my return trip home. about a week later, I pulled out the unit, and it was not functioning at all. I charged it with two different cables, tried different outlets in case there was a problem there, and even left it to charge overnight with no change in status.
I looked for a phone number to call and found that there wasn't a phone line. I was a little annoyed because, in my opinion, I have always preferred speaking with a person. Sometimes, electronic communication can cause your message to become lost in translation. I emailed the company and was surprised that within several hours a representative named Ariana Cesita had acquired my case. Every time I replied back, even though she was in another time zone, she was very efficient. She resolved my issue and is replacing my unit free of charge, which is always a plus.
Although I don't like the electronic communication means only, I do value the dedication and expediency that ShiftCam and their rep Ariana have shown to back their products.

She helped me a lot when I thought I was missing a piece that says in their advertisement is included with my purchase. She constantly emailed me with updates regarding my purchase issue up to the point where it was resolved and the missing item was shipped. This is how customer care should be, a kind person to help you work out any issues, and a company who listens to their employees who tries to help their customers. Bravo Ariana and Shiftcam!

I recently bought a SnapGrip Creator Kit…I actually skeptical about buying it but after that I just buy with whatever trust I have and I felt the warmth of the customer service and I would want to compliment Maria who serve me and she is quick and very responsive.
