My order finally arrived. Items came as advertised. Not the best quality but not crappy either. The ridiculous part is that it took 42 days. I've since ordered better masks/buffs/bandanas from about... See more

Giving one star is being way too generous. Did not deliver in timely manner and refused delivery based on what was thought to be wrong address. Did not know a PO address from a unit # address. Wanted... See more

Horrible business practices, BUYER BEWARE
Ordered some face maks online. It seemed like a legitimate US company, but have come to find out that it is not. I have sent several requests for order status without any response. Shameful that they would take advantage of people. As the old saying goes. 'BUYER BEWARE'
I will report this to my CC company as a scam and ask them to investigate.
NOT a rip off
I ordered a face mask from this company, Finally got what I ordered from shield star and also from popumart. I ordered face masks. Took a month and a half, but I got what I ordered. I apologize to these companies for my assertion that they were ripping me off.
Submit complaints at econsumer.gov
I placed an order on April 15 for a face mask and have yet to receive an order nor an email response. I was under the pretense this company was from the U.S. but apparently not. Unforunately, through further research this company is from China. I was given a USPS tracking # but still no record of a shipment was sent out. Since this is a company abroad all consumer complaints should be submitted online at: econsumer.gov. It's an absolute atrocity that scammers such as this company is using the COVID19 pandemic to their monetary advantage with services that have not provided whatsoever.
Ordered in mid April and still no…
Ordered in mid April and still no delivery. Considering using Better Business Bureau as an awareness tool for others who won't get scammed.
Its a scam
I ordered a mask in late March, and it still has not arrived (May 5th) In April I was given a USPS tracking number, but it is no good. Shieldstars site shows that my order is currently with United Global Development in Rosedale, NY. They have not responded to repeated requests for a status/ETA update.
With hindsight, it seems extremely odd that there is no company information on their own website.
