It took FOREVER to get my order, Like a couple of months forever, that being said, it was at the height of covid when I ordered, they did respond to my email, (although it took so long I was convinced it was a scam) and asked me to be patient, so I was, and I in fact did finally receive all the masks I ordered in 2-3 shipments, and they were exactly as I expected them to be.

Ordered in May with Paypal and didn’t receive until late July. Item arrived without any sort of packing slip or invoice, just a little gray plastic packet. It was completely the wrong item, and the lowest quality to boot. Since I never received an order confirmation from the website, I had to go through the paypal payment record. The email they have as the seller (oasnova) returns a server reply in Chinese. After a little searching, we found the original website (shieldstars.com still active as of 9/14), and submitted a request through that email. They responded, wanting me to keep the incorrect item for a partial refund. I refused this option, asking for the original item to be sent. Why bother though, when the quality is that of something from a gumball machine. They wanted photos of what I ordered and what was sent, then insisted that what I received WAS what I ordered. The item number on the film wrapping didnt even match the corresponding item’s number on their own website.

I guarantee you this is what is happening - we place our orders for this Chinese garbage, they send it in bulk shipments to their distribution centers in Chino (duh), CA, then those people have to try to match up orders and send them out. This is why it takes 2+ months. Then it’s a total crapshoot if you A: get what you actually order and B: the item isn’t total garbage.

All of this communication was sent through a Paypal dispute and I was refunded (by Paypal) within the week.

All these Covid excuses are BS. If I can knowingly order something from China through Amazon and get exactly what I ordered in 2 weeks or less, sent directly FROM China, proves there is a whole other layer of scam going on here.

Ordered masks from this company. It said that they were in stock. So I figured I would get them in 2 weeks max. finally after 2 months I opened a case with Paypal. They took forever to respond. When they did they replied with two tracking numbers. I checked the tracking numbers and it said that they were waiting for the merchandise. Just before the time to respond expired with Paypal they shipped. I finally got the masks after about 3 or 4 months of waiting. The prices are high for the quality.
I would not buy again from them.

I ordered 5 of their seamless masks on May 2nd 2020. With no response from OASNOVA I filed a PAYPAL claim on May 12th. After going through all this crap, 6 days ago (8-18-2020) PP said they closed the case in their favor and today 6 days later (8-24-2020) my PP email says they have found in my favor and have credited my PP account the whole amount.

I ordered mask April 15th. Forgot who I order them through. When to order something else I miss Google auto-pay need to check these companies better because it paid it and there was my mask order. I canceled both of them orders and ask for a refund it's been 3 weeks they said they issued it and had trouble they had to reissue it so wait another 15 days

Giving one star is being way too generous. Did not deliver in timely manner and refused delivery based on what was thought to be wrong address. Did not know a PO address from a unit # address. Wanted additional $ for 2nd shipping and then indicated that product had been destroyed. Now refusing to refusing to refund purchase price and shipping costs. Total RIP OFF!!

Still haven't received 3 of the 4 items I ordered from this company. Placed the order back in April. Received 3 e-mails from them after months of no response, telling me to close my PayPal dispute before they can refund my money. They have to be out of their minds! Convinced I will never see my money or my items. Anyone ordering from this company is OUT OF THEIR MINDS! You might as well set your money on fire, at least you'll have ashes.

July 2, 2020-Today I finally received only one of two masks that I ordered on May 5. I await a reply to my message to 'ShieldStars' and have contacted Pay pal. I hope to hear from shieldStar but after seeing the other reviews I am not hopeful.

July 7-received second mask from ShieldStar after hearing from them (only after contacting customer service). It's understandable that items can take longer to receive during this pandemic but communication with updates are recommended. In light of this update, I have changed my review stars from 1star to 3 stars.

scam, been working with paypal after over 2 months no contact from company, e-mails to broken links, fake tracking, and no masks.

My order finally arrived. Items came as advertised. Not the best quality but not crappy either. The ridiculous part is that it took 42 days. I've since ordered better masks/buffs/bandanas from about 5 or 6 other vendors. Each vendor was upfront about delayed delivery due to Covid which is totally understandable. With that being said, none of the other reputable vendors took more than 1 week to deliver.

42 days is unacceptable at their price point.

After 2 months and several emails, I finally received what I ordered. It says one size fit all but these are super small. I pulled it out of the package and saw how small they were😡 My kids said thanks dad, you won’t be needing those!! It will look good on them as they ride their dirt bikes. Not a good experience shield star! I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Scam! I order $86 worth of masks. They took my money.I received one that I didn’t order Over a month later. I have made several attempts to contact them with no response. I can’t believe people can get away with this kinda crap. Do not order anything from shield stars.

These Chinese scammers set up a fake online shop and stole my money. They never delivered, giving out a phony tracking that never worked.
I changed my credit card since they have my info now. Stay away.

Ordered 4 mask coverings. What a rip off! I believe these are made in China, it took over 1 and a month to get the items.

I placed an order on 4/22/2020 for 3 face masks. Received a confirmation email. As of today I still have not received them. I've emailed them numerous times and haven't heard anything back from them. I'm very disappointed in this company. I've reported them to the FTC and BBB. Like the others who have posted reviews about this company, DO NOT order from them! They are a total scam and you will never see the product.

I placed an order for 3 masks on 4/25 and they didn’t respond when I inquired about the delivery. I opened a PayPal case on 5/23 and received 2 of the masks on 6/6, and the last one arrived today. I went to USPS.com out of curiosity today to see the shipping details but it’s blank and still says “Label Created, Not Yet In System”. I don’t understand why there are no tracking details even though there is tracking number on both envelopes. The shipping address on the envelope says:

For those who paid with PayPal, try creating a dispute and provide as much detail as possible.

SCAM! Just reported them to the FTC I suggest that everyone does this and I found there main company name FABFASHION LTD
WANCHAI, HK. I ordered in April and still don't have my masks. And the respond the same as everyone else says. Same words. And now that I'm demanding a refund they won't answer. Hope everyone reads their "wonderful reviews" as they claim. Don't get scammed by this company as so many as us have!!!!!!!!

Wish I had seen all the BAD reviews before I placed an order on 4/18/20. My debit was charged immediately upon ordering however like many others I have sent 2 emails w/ no response & as of June 4, 2020 I have not received my (2) masks.

Totally ripped off. Their response was a joke, too. Multiple fonts. The reply looked like a two year old wrote it. What a joke. I responded to a banner ad on The Drudge Report. I wonder if they are aware that these scammers are advertising on their site?

I ordered two masks on April 19,2020 and I never received them and I told them I wanted either a refund or I was reporting them to the Better Business Bureau or the FBI. I went to the website and they said I didn't have an order in my account. I am very disappointed.
