Good product, poor technology

The Shares ISA account has some appealing features however, it’s not as easy to add money as other providers, e.g. having to use a debit card. Similarly, the colour scheme of the app means that you cannot see the card number when you are typing it in!

Shocking

For the past two years I have been paying an amount of £35 a month in anticipation of myself going into surgery for a torn ligament, only to be told that they will now no longer pay out and will refund me my money I have paid already as I'm physically unfit to claim what I was paying in for.

Quick update for you Shepherds friendly all my information was correct at the time of signing up 2 years ago and things change each year I know at the moment I am physically not fit for work as I have had surgery I can not put any pressure in my left foot I can not walk with out the use of crutches.

Shocking service do not use

Highly recommended

This is the second Junior ISA I have taken out to save money for my two daughters. Easy to do and friendly staff a telephone call away. Highly recommended.

I have given 3 stars as I can only…

I have given 3 stars as I can only comment on the opening up of the Child’s ISA. This was a simple and smooth process.

I can’t give 5 stars as I don’t know how the customer service would be if I had an issue.

Dissapointed with the outcome of income…

Dissapointed with the outcome of income protection claim which was rejected due to other medical reason not related to actual claim. I was paying premiums for 4 years and been genuine customer who took the insurance in hope to have that support when and if needed. Claimed for physical illness, but refused payout for completely different reason. Really unfair and hurtful decision which left me stranded. I would not recommend as your claim would be turned down when you need it the most! I would understand if my claim was related to something i have not disclosed/agent not marked while taking out the policy, but reason for my claim was completely different and genuine.

My claim was not related to the issue described... therefore I feel i have been missold and cannot use the policy while I need it... and I do need it...

It was an straight forward. I find it easy for me to follow the prompt and it's time efficient I thought it would take me long to apply I say this because some of the system being used appears to be a bit complex
