Very poor.

Very poor.
Opened an ISA with £20k via TELUS Health who my employer promoted £400 cashback with SF. After not receiving the cashback I raised a claim with TELUS who today after almost 5 months received an answer from SF to say the purchase was either not completed correctly or I received cashback via an alternative method. Both statements are false and it feels like they just don't want to honour the cashback promise. Anyway I shall be transferring to another ISA and won't get involved with this company again

Always helpful

Always helpful, they look after you and your money. It's easy to withdraw if needed and you can freeze deposits when necessary. I really happy with how Shepherds Friendly work

Very easy process

Very easy process. My fixed bond was coming to an end. A lovely man rang me well before it matured and helped me invest in another bond for when the other one ended. Also I kept the higher interest rate we had agreed on, despite it going down on the website. Everything went through smoothly when the time came. Very happy.

Easy to open and clear language

The account was easy to open, with good instructions, and I wasn't bamboozled by complex language. Let's hope that it proves to be a good place to store my hard-earned, and maybe earn a little more on top.

Shepards and friendly is the only…

Shepards and friendly is the only junior savings account I’ve ever felt comfortable opening for my son, they can access when there 18; it’s easy to top up alongside direct debit

I would recommend this to anyone and when my next baby is born il be opening another account for them with Shepard’s and friends

Excellent customer service

Lovely to get a call back the same day about an enquiry.Have invested on 3 occassions now and always been a very easy process with the best customer service on the phone to back up .Would highly recommend Sheperds Friendly above any other company.

Sincere Apologies

i do sincerely apologise for the review I left yesterday frustrated as I am out of the UK and had completely forgotten it was a bank holiday. It was even worse when the voice message didn't specify that the office was closed, and that made me to keep ringing so many times and waiting forever. I was a bit worked out.

Thank you very much for your understanding and your patience and excellent customer service. Today I made a phone call and it was answered within a second.
