Terrible seller, took me over a month to get both of my orders and one came defective. It has been an absolute nightmare to get my money back they don't respond to anything, stay away

Made an order 2.5 weeks ago. Still not shipped. They replied once before I made an order but never after. Trying to contact them every day.

This online retailer is an extremely horrible people. I placed an order 18 days ago and they still have not ship my order. They came up with all kind of excuses.

I ordered from Shenzhen Audio a few months ago. They used DHL Express and the parcel arrived a few days later but was blocked at the custom for 3 weeks due to the wrong declared value (30$ instead of 269$). Shenzhen Audio asked me not to let the parcel be resent to China and proposed to pay part of the administrative cost back (20$).
I have now to pay extra customs charges and fines due to the false declared value (355$ extra). The customs explained me that Shenzhen Audio often declare false goods values. I asked Shenzhen Audio to pay the fine they are responsible for but I received no answer. The ordered good has cost me more than double the initial price !!!!

I ordered from Shenzhen Audio several times, already a few years ago when I was living in the UK, and also recently from Germany.

Mostly the orders were shipped after at most a few days, arrived after about a week, and there was no customs fee to be paid. Just had one exception recently where it took almost 10 days for the shipment to go out. To speed up the delivery they used DHL Express and the parcel arrived literally two days later. I had to pay customs fees (less than 10%) in this case but that was the only time it happened.

Communication is good. Any emails I sent were answered the same day, mostly within a few hours even. But more transparency would be good, especially when it comes to shipping delays or similar. With my latest order Shenzhen Audio did not tell me why they could not ship my parcel immediately. In this case it would have been good to give an estimate and also communicate the reason for the delay.

Other than that I would very much recommend the shop, especially for ChiFi equipment - I always ordered digital audio players, mostly from Shanling. They have very good prices (especially during sales) and they come without any custom fees on top (mostly at least) and free shipping.

For above reasons I can certainly recommend Shenzhen Audio and would definitely order again.

Great experience. Had a problem with the logistics center here in Canada, which sent me someone else's package, but that was easily and quickly resolved with Shenzhen Audio's CS. If you need any assistance, make sure to go in their Discord server, it helped a lot, and got me in personal contact with an employee, who replaced my order without hassle. The second pair arrived intact and quickly. All in all, I would recommend them, they have good prices, and good customer service from my experience.

Not sure why Shenzhen Audio has received any negative reviews as I found them competitive and their service has been superb. I recommend this company with 5 stars.
I placed my order six days ago and they used DHL Express so I could track my order and it arrived today.
The delivery was gratis and I'll be buying from them again. Just ask for "Bonnie" and he'll make sure your experience is hassle free. I paid via PayPal but believe me this company is a trusted source to buy from.

About 3 weeks ago I made a BIG mistake to purchase 3 items from shenzenaudio costing around £800
I got the ususal emails saying my purchase had been accepted so waited for a few more days to confirm the shipping process had started. Well I am still waiting!
It is incredibly dificult to get any customer service. If and when you do Its basically an excusse saying they are awaiting stock and once shipped they will email me... oh and I have to be patient!!
PLEASE do not make the mistake I did and use reputable companies.

Ordered AMP&DAC combo for 270.99. After 3 weeks of waiting, their support said they sended the package and give me tracking number. In 10 days that tracking number has no movement, even inside China. So tracking is fake. Be very alerted buying anything from that company.

Sent an item (Tanchjim Oxygen) for repair to them and paid $30 for the shipping cost.
Waited around 2 months, and I see that in the shipping tracking, the package is just sitting at the Shenzhen postal service waiting for custom clearance.
So I notified Shenzhen Audio customer service to clear the parcel, and they said they will check it.
After another 3 weeks of waiting, Shenzhen Audio tells me that the parcel was returned back to me because of "coronavirus".
What probably happened was, they forgot about the package and after a month of waiting in the postal office, they are now just returning it back to me.
Shenzhen Audio tells me I have to send it back to them again (I also have to pay for return shipping).
So in total, they are asking me 6 months of waiting and almost $90 in shipping fees because of their own mistake.
Worst customer service ever.

I research the company and they have public shops at Amazon and Ebay so I bought with some confidence. Also I could pay with PayPal so some peace of mind.

It is true that the company take a long week to process the purchase. I had my own doubts even the little reviews at trust pilot but after that I contact the website and they reply promptly.

Once the order is processed, and for being able to see that I recommend you to register on their website, the product came quite quickly, least that a week. Be aware that it is send through DHL so it will be tax duty on them. Mine was just 20£ for two products.

I hope this can help to other people buying from them. If you are not sure check their company on eBay. the list of products are reduced thought.

Ordered and paid a SMSL headphone amplifier from them. After 5 days I received a tracking note. However tracking was not possible as the parcel hasn't been shipped for another 15 days. I then filed a complaint with Paypal and got refunded. Will not buy from Shenzen Audio again.
