Warranty is worthless with zero support
I have requested support for a potentially defective Gustard U18 and I provided proof of purchase through your support email and discord 11 days ago. I have not received any support at all and this unit is not working and is still under warranty. This behavior is shady and unethical. With that being said I can not recommend SHENZHENAUDIO because when you need them they are not there and if you device arrives defective or there is a issue in the future you can not count on support like I am experiencing right now. Shameful.

The chat support directly on their site was a bit slow to answer for promising that "we answer instantly" but approx. 24hr is acceptable if you ask me.
The products arrived way faster than expected. Everything was packed neatly and came in their original packaging.
They did accidentally ship two pieces of one product, but that's a win for me.
Considering some of the products they sell are only available to my country through them, I am more than pleased with the service.

The positive thing about this company is that it is not a scam, you get the product you paid for for a cheap price with free shipping from China.
Unfortunately you have to prepare to waive any warranty expectations if something goes wrong. That’s common downfall for most Chinese companies: poor customer service, return fees, incredibly long shipping and a good chance dealing with customs.
It could be 2-3 star rating, which isn’t terrible considering that would be average grade… Except they absolutely sell your private data shamelessly. I got a new phone number a year ago that until this point I used only for friends. The day after my purchase I started to get telemarketing and scam calls for a week straight. If they do that, I don’t seem them stopping at selling my credit card details either. Disgraceful!

You only get to know how good a company is when your product fails and you have to send it back, well mine did and i returned to these( at a considerable return cost plus customs fees). Over 3 weeks have passed and i have been constantly fobbed off with excuses for an item that had an obvious fault, i have now claimed through my credit card company, please be aware that this company has zero customer service or back up.

I bought a set of headphones from Shenzhen Audio, the iBasso SR2's. Great sound, but crappy headband. My headband eventually broke and I contacted iBasso about getting it fixed or replaced. Turned out that Shenzhen Audio is not an an authorized dealer and iBasso will not honour the warranty, but would sell me a new headband for a price.
I contacted Shenzhen and they said that iBasso will not sell them a new headband, but requested that I send the headphone back to China for repair. They said they may or may not cover the repair depending on what they feel caused the problem. Since they can't even buy a new headband from iBasso, I have no idea what kind of "repair" they are referring to.
I told them that iBasso will sell me a headband for $60.00, plus shipping. I said if you will cover that cost, I will do the install. They said, "We will cover half of the headband cost or you can mail the headphones back to us."
Steer clear of Shenzhen Audio for anything. And I have already bought two amps, one DAC and a set of headphones from them.
You never really know what kind of company you're dealing with until something goes wrong.
Faster than expected shipping:)
Ordered two pairs of earphones. (Moondrop CHU and moondrop Aria) (Yes I'm basic, sorry.) And was excited as hell for them to show up. Then I went on here and read the reviews and the excitement was more or less gone. People slamming the company left and right for all sorts of things.
Though, now that I have the earphones, in my experience, I've had no issues with the company.
Got a tracking link for YunExpress 5-10 min after I'd placed my order. Was told it'd take 5-6 weeks for them to show up. Yet I'm wearing them right now barely 2 weeks after ordering them.

Never buy from this website, they only refund 90% of the total amount on top of having to pay for the (very costly) return shipping fees yourself, you're also risking a hefty custom fine since you have to lie to customs on the item value (30$ at most) for them to give you a refund.

Do not register your mail on their website. They are a source of spams. I have all the proof to know most of the recent spams i receive is due to the registration on their website.
When i did register on their website, something happened wrong and i then received mail from them in double. And now, most of the scam i receive, and they are a lot, I receive it in double exactly like i did after my registration on their website from them. The same exact behaviour. I also still receive spam alone but they are far less.
So i can confirm this spams in double is in direct relation with my registering on their website since it has the same double receiving bug.
You've been warned. I cannot trust any company using this methods.

The products that they sell are very low quality. The shipping time is usually very good (for being shipped from china). One problem is customer support. The people in customer support dont speak english so its very difficult to tell them what you need/want. I needes to fill out a customs form and when I asked what part of the adress I was provided with goes where the supporter just sent the same sausage of an adress back to me which was 'address: 4F 405, Building F, No.2 Shangxue Science and Technology North, Bantian Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, 518129'. I also asked the supporter for an Email for the customs form but the supporter ignored that question. After the IEMs have been "repaired" they came back with driver flex issues.
Silence from customer service about defective products
I bought a pair of moondrop blessing 2 drop earphones from Shenzhen Audio. The order was not shipped for several weeks and they ignored my emails. When the earphones did arrive, they had a defective right ear piece that occasionally rattles. Again, I emailed them, but they did not respond. If you buy from Shenzhen Audio, expect no service nor should you expect your warranty to be honoured.
