Really impressed with the quality of service. Ordered a new worcester bosch oil boiler, the engineers turned up as planned and were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, everything was tested and working perfectly, they cleared up and took away the old boiler. Excellent service would highly recommend.

A year ago Shelter Adams replaced our boiler and radiators and upgraded our hot water system. Recently they replaced our oil tank. On both occasions the work was done efficiently by a friendly and proficient team.
On both occasions minor issues were identified after completion of the works, which were dealt with promptly and effectively with no fuss.
Shelter Adams provided a first rate service.

The work on my chimney and gas log burner was completed professionally and with care and attention.

Shortlisted Shelter Adams and Rob the owner arranged to visit to look the job over and gave us a very reasonable quote for a new boiler system and removal of the old, Rob liaised with us to arrange a date to commence work, all went very well, no issues at all, I would not hesitate to use Shelter Adams in the future, highly recommended

Really polite and helpful guys doing the install. Superb new kit and all working great! I won’t hesitate to return to them for further plumbing & heating work.

Brilliant from the very start. Rob was professional and highly knowledgeable and, without being patronising, answered all my questions clearly. The quote was excellent too. When the dynamic duo aka Will and Matt arrived promptly they just got on with the installation of my new boiler. No annoying radio and they didn’t even stop for chocolate biscuits! No mess, everything taken away- what more do you want? Would highly recommend this company.

Shelter-Adams replaced my ageing steel oil tank with a plastic bunded tank in a new location to meet current regulations.
I phoned Rob after being let down by four other companies and then seeing the Shelter-Adams advertisement in our parish news. From the offset Rob’s level of communication was refreshing and this was maintained throughout.
A site visit was arranged and Rob took the time to discuss options. Chris also came round a couple of days later to see the lay of the land himself and discuss further.
On the day of installation Chris, Seamus and Dave worked hard to turn it around in the one day to a high standard. Extra care and thought, and ultimately time, was given to make the installation look as good as possible which was greatly appreciated.
It was a pleasure to have the crew here for the day, they were hard working and courteous and left the work area clean and tidy.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Shelter-Adams as a friendly, competent and efficient outfit. Good customer service and pride in workmanship is not dead after all!

Very good experience from start to finish. Clear explanation from Rob as to what the work entailed together with a very competitive price. All the fitters were prompt and well mannered and the installation was completed within the agreed timescale.

Good efficient service by Rob and his team with the replacement of our boiler.
Rob explained different options available to us for choices of boiler, quoted what we felt was a reasonable price and did the job within a couple of days for us.
His team were friendly and considerate of our carpet (protecting throughout) as boiler is located in airing cupboard of bedroom.
Cleared away mess and removed all used and old materials, including old boiler.

I messaged Rob ,who got back to me within an hour. I asked for help to finish a radiator installation started by a family member but didn't have the time to finish it.
He popped into home straight after finishing work. Checked it all out. Told us one of his lads could complete the job for us two days later. Young man arrived at arranged time and completed the job within 2 hours.
He was a lovely young man who got on with the job quickly, quietly and very professionally. He kept everything tidy and clean, He also kept us informed of everything he needed to do, every step of the way.
I would highly recommend these guys.

Harry was professional, polite and ensured that we were happy with his work.

I struggled to find a company that is actually qualified to service oil boilers but this company does everything.
Originally spoke to Rob he was very helpful over the phone given me the information I needed and some to research then further gave me very competitive quotes coming in the best price around for me.
I was booked in within a couple of days to have two boilers serviced, a new hive thermostat fitted, and a fault to Be fixed in another.
An engineer (Shane) arrived very prompt to the date and time that was agreed and did a fantastic job He did it swiftly and efficiently making no mess, I didn’t even know he was here. Shane is a top guy going above and beyond to get us sorted nothing was to
Much trouble.
Overall, I am ecstatic with the service that I have received from this company and I will be recommend Them to everybody and I will only be using these guys in the future.
