Shell broadband the worse I’ve ever been with.switched to shell good for 3 weeks then connection kept on dropping for days on end 3 days then 2 days then 4 days. Customer service rubbish said nothing wrong , had to prove to them IP address was not connecting. In the end had to buy myself out of the contract luckily BT bought me out. Never again DONT bother.

I'm am leaving your incompetent company paying for 49 plus been sending in speeds via your own speed tests of about 40 for the last 2 days thick and rude answering the phones They ask me to ring in on 70102800 please try to ring that number

Went with them for internet and cancelled and they are still charging me 3 months later. Try to ring they switch me to the wrong person twice. I was waiting over 1.30 hours. It is literally impossible to cancel. Don't do it.

All week went to 6 different states, each time stopped at shell gas stations to use restrooms they were so nasty just don't understand why someone doesn't clean them. From Sunday 11/27/2022-12/2/2022

When I left I was fully paid up yet today out of the blue I received a letter from a debt collector (for the first time in my 67 years) for £48.
Needless to say my experience with shell was grim

I just left the station in Dallas,Tx located at Wheatland rd and hwy 67. The tall black guy working as cashier was very rude and disrespectful! Just because he didn’t understand what I was saying he had the nerve to blame me!!! I told him I had Kroger card for discount on gas and I was making another purchase. So he cancel one of my transaction and charge me for gas and when I asked about my other transaction he said you said cancel cause I could not find my card but the card I was talking about was my Kroger card. Then he told me he wasn’t gonna serve me and hollow at the other cashier who was willing to provide the service me not to because I was playing games! He was the one who didn’t get it !!! No worries I will never go back and I will be telling others to not give this store their business!

Pulling into station with our motorhome. We left after trying the 4th pump that did not work. Not that easy to maneuver a 37 foot house on wheels. The station in Lafayette LA on Gloria Switch and I49 is our go to for first fillip on a trip. The last few times have been a disaster. Rewards program do not work, pumps are always down, staff is totally oblivious. Made my X after wasting an hour, going down the road. They just lost a fill up that was probably $250.

For many years the same station has been used at 671 W Main ave Taylorsville, NC. It's been good until the past three years I am sure of. Pumps hardly ever work anymore, then find out you pay inside because there is still no sign saying so! The clerk acts inconvenienced as usual. Today even being told I need my ID to get gas!! Because of drive offs. Understandable to not want that to happen again, but punish loyal paying customers??

The late staff on Tuesday night is rude, talking to a customer like she’s not worth a place on this world, my mate literally finished work and couldn’t get serve as the lady couldn’t be bothered to move, I think she is disrespectful and horrible for no reason, all we wanted was a drink after work and we was refused.

Currently we are all paying £100 to use the pay at the pump facility and sure enough even if you only spend say £20 the remaining £80 wouldn't be credited to your account till some days later. The actual amount for fuel was taken 2 days later but I'm still waiting for my £79+ 1 week later! Only at Shell does this happen, all the Supermarkets refund you within 2 days! No wonder these fuel companies have massive profits, holding millions of pounds every day for 1 week earning interest! I won't be using pay at the pump again, would rather have the money in my own account were I can spend it on essentials like food and beer

There is a co. called Incredible Saver Fit ph No. 1-844-394-4779 that is advertising a free 500 dollar gas card. they ask for $1.95 I assume for shipping then without your knowledge they take out another $89.95 out of your acc. I hope you as a gas co. are not part of this scheme as it is fraud !!!

Tried to use the Shell garage on the ridge Hastings, just before 5.30 am this morning
Pull in, the chap is by the window looking out, can clearly see me. Last driver leaving. By the time, I get the nozzle in, press the gun etc, usually to get the thing clear. Press several times, look at the shop window and he's disappeared. So he sees me and buggers off somewhere. I Wait a minute , no sign......so I go. Unbelievable. Will not be using Shell ever again.

I called the call centre snd reported my experience on the 19 April 2022 I was assured of a call back concerning my problem. To date the 22 April 2022 I have not received any feedback or call. I assume and hope your calls are all recorded. I once again have to pick up a passenger from the City bug at your Shell at KHS Oliver Tambo st Klerksdorp NW PROVINCE.. much to my dissatisfaction... only to be annoyed by the same problem.. . Go back to your call centre and listen to my call and rectify this problem. Thus matter has been reported to the shuttle service too.

Hwy16 and 73 denver nc..for months not opening at 6 on Saturdays like the door says you do...numerous compl. To owner who told me if i dont like it dont come back....talked to corp....opened at 6 following sat...now last sat and this sat...not open..not a car in site at 6:15....horrible business ethics...horrible managment...horrible corporate that doesnt follow through.
