If you’ve ever considered ordering a book subscription then this is your sign to buy this one. The books are super fun reads, the owner is wonderful and the ‘five sense’ extras are impeccably chosen. I could not recommend it enough! Would also make a 10/10 gift for your dark romance friend ✨
I ordered the dark romance advent calendar and was disappointed to see that out of 12 I had 6 duplicates, despite not having many dark romances yet books. I sent a message to inform them that I was dissatisfied and made suggestions for change to the types of books in the calendar. I was informed that a survey was taken and that the majority of people wanted full series in these calendars to binge, however, this is not something I would have liked. Despite this, my opinions were taken into consideration and was given excellent customer service, even being offered a complimentary book for my dissatisfaction. I want to shout out to Jemma who helped me on customer service. I am still sad about the items I received, but the customer service made up for it as I felt like my thoughts were heard and taken into account about how the calendars could be improved.
Overall, the calendar was amazing. Lots of extra gifts and the packaging was nice. As long as you don’t receive any duplicates, I think it’s really worth the money, I was just unlucky.
