Sticker sucks

I Engaged a seller Lumooyu and purchased what I thought was a card of stickers after seeing a picture of a card if stickers so I ordered one ,I have however just received one sticker it is the right size but I was expecting more stickers so disappointing

Misleading product description

Ordered custom stickers. The description is of 'individual' stickers and the photos they provide is of a stack of individual stickers. But the stickers that arrived were not individual, but on a sheet. They will not refund despite agreeing that the description and photos are misleading.

Feel like I have been scammed

Feel like I have been scammed . Sent items back exactly as I received them and they are deducting money from my refund as they state the label has come loose.

Refund amount incorrect doesnt total to whats been sent back.

Customer service is horrendous, wont help me at all and its left me at a loss with nothing to show for it

AVOID- I purchased some swimsuits that…

AVOID SWIMWEAR- I purchased some swimwear that I didn't try on, I returned it exactly how I got them in the package as the first one I loved and kept so didn't need to try on the others, and they have refused my refund for them stating the hygiene labels were damaged yet I hadn't had them out the packaging and it was clearly moved during transit back to them, it is a sticker of course it will move and stick elsewhere if if moved during transit. I tried explaining this continuously, they then asked me for photos of it, it was like speaking to a brick wall because how do they expect me to take photos of a costume during transit back to them and when they have the costume itself? They also refused to send it back to me despite I paid for it and kicked me off the chat with no further explanation. Disgusting customer service and in my eyes its stealing, and from other reviews they do not refund for all swimwear so this is clearly their way of making money by refusing multiple peoples refunds.

Shein removing hygiene strips on refunded bikinis! Beware!

I have used Shein for years and never had any issues including with bikinis. I have just returned seven bikinis to them most of which had not been removed from the bags as I didn’t like the design. The ones I did try on had their hygiene strips on them on return. All seven have not been refunded as Shein have removed the hygiene stickers and therefore refused. The chat with them starts with the question do you have a picture of the items when you received them so they know you can’t prove it. Absolute con and they won’t be receiving anymore business from me. Anyone who is thinking of buying a bikini from Shein and returning it- please take a picture! Otherwise you will lose you hard earned money from a business who clearly sees an opportunity in defrauding their customers.

Returned swimsuits that were unused

Returned swimsuits that were unused, in original packaging and had hygiene stickers in place. Shein refused a refund as said the hygiene stickers were damaged! Flimsy hygiene stickers will crease and fold when you are putting the item back in to a small package. You can clearly see the stickers on the items returned where quality control have taken photos! I'm really disappointed with this and will not order anything else.

Bought 2 take T shirts one medium one…

Bought 2 take T shirts one medium one small received 1 Xl mans t shirt Disney cruising t shirt and a pink boss t shirts mans
When phoned customer service said send link for me to send photos and packaging to show what I received complied with this heard nothing phoned customer service again first call ended call second customer service was held ages online said raised a ticket. No resolution no idea when be contacted and NO idea when I would receive my original order ?? Customer service is absolutely shocking avoid !!

Ive ordered over 40 items meant to be 3 day delivery 30 of them items were not 3 day delivery absolute liars and then the rest of the items that have arrived none fit me when ive ordered S and XS there all absolutely huge made for people with a big bum and big boobs i have neither but there clothes used to fit me yet ive put on more weight since then nearly £300 down the drain on a bunch of shit im so angry this is an absolute joke Shein sort your stuff out!!!!!

Avoid! Total scammers
I purchased 2 bikinis. When they arrived they were tiny so didn’t even try on. When I returned they refused to refund as they said the hygiene stickers were missing yet they were exactly as I received from them!!

Company is becoming a joke with all these bikini/swimsuits issues. I like many others have had items refused a refund due to hygiene labels missing? Never even took the bottoms out the bag. Sort it out Shein After shein contacted me they haven't resolved my issue it's up to them if they want to make up lies and not refund me and other customers

Poorer Customer Service

I purchased many of times with Shien with no issues. However on this occasion like so many of you my returned was only partial refunded. Swimwear with hygiene tabs folded I didn't even try them on as I didn't like them when i received them. I have query this with Shein with no joy, they supplied photos of the two items they say had a issue with hygiene tabs folded !!! but have dedicated a refund on the four items which is totally unacceptable. I will never order from the again.

Can't trust this company

Can't trust this company. An item is advertised at a price, you add the item to the basket and the price increases. Then you maybe add another item and the price increases again or you go to pay and the price increases again. Why can't they just advertise the actual price? Who knows?
How can you trust a company that does this?

Do not buy bikinis/swim costumes

Do not buy bikinis/swim costumes. I placed a big order for holiday which consisted of many bikinis/costumes and outfits. Some were sent to me without hygiene labels which I listed when I placed the return. Apparently I should have contacted them to inform them of this before placing the return. They deducted me £60 for defective items all relating to the hygiene labels. They sent me pictures of the stickers being folded back, crinkled etc. Which was definitely not sent that way. I asked whether they could send me the items back as I am effectively £60 down without anything to show for it they said no they couldn't.
I believe they have a dodgy person checking their items and/or ineffective hygiene labels. I will not be purchasing from them again which is such a shame because I was a regular customer.

Absolutely disgusted, no customer service!

I am extremely disgusted and disappointed by the dreadful lack of customer service by SHEIN returns and customer service team.

I have been a loyal SHEIN customer for years and have spent thousands of pounds with the company over time, which makes this situation even more frustrating and upsetting.

I returned several items from a recent order, including a swimsuit. I was later informed that my refund had been refused because the hygiene sticker was allegedly missing. This is simply not true. I briefly tried the swimsuit on, immediately realised it did not fit, and removed it carefully with the hygiene sticker still fully attached before returning it.

What makes this situation even more unacceptable is that I was never contacted by email or notified that there was supposedly an issue with the swimsuit return. Instead, SHEIN simply refunded me less money without any explanation. I then had to chase customer service myself online to find out why the refund amount was incorrect, and only then was I told the swimsuit had allegedly been returned without the sticker attached.

I also find it completely unreasonable that their customer service representatives repeatedly asked me to provide photographic proof of the swimsuit when SHEIN already had the returned item in its possession. It makes no sense to ask me for photos of an item that I no longer have access to.

I spent nearly an hour going back and forth with customer service and received no resolution, only repetitive responses that failed to address my concerns fairly. The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and has seriously damaged my trust in SHEIN!

As a long-standing customer, I expected far better treatment, transparency, and professionalism. Instead, this situation has left me feeling completely dismissed and unfairly accused.

I am requesting that this matter be reviewed properly and that my refund for the swimsuit be issued without further delay.

If this issue cannot be resolved fairly, I will unfortunately have to reconsider purchasing from SHEIN in the future and may need to escalate the matter further.

If you pay peanuts,you get monkeys

I was tempted to buy the swimware (£5,14)because it looked beutiful in the photo on the webpage, but when I received the swimsuit, it was a shame - the quality of the material was terible.Etremely unprofessional stitching/sewing, missing hygiene sticker. - it look like amateur job. Well, you get what you pay for.

I'm disgusted with shein

I'm disgusted with shein, I spend a fortune on that site quite regular, only this time I decided to buy a table, and gave a great review pointing out faults along the way, I moved the table n it all came apart, I'll not be putting any more money over to them for anything telephone staff are extremely incompetent when sending proof of the misshap, n I was told I'd only get a refund on return, I'll be involving trading standards now

Item not received,- Their robotic website will not accept this ....

The Item ordered, not recived. Shein's website makes it impossible for this to be reported - 17 times of trying and still received the robotic reply 'Item Deliverd'.
