My tights came with small runs that turned into tears the second time I wore them. I let customer service know and they said they were going to send me a new pair. I agreed. It has not been a couple weeks and I haven’t received a shipping notification, a refund, or even a message back from them! Save your money.

So much back and forth and still haven’t gotten my replacement tights. I responded to confirm my address and my email was lost.

Quality has seriously decreased over last few years. Also, colour palette has completely changed. I used to buy the colour 3 or 4, which offered a nice tan to my legs. Now, they only have oat milk, which is for pale untanned legs, or cappuccino, which is far too dark for any Caucasian to wear. I ordered both and hate both, and I probably have the most common white skin tone (British descent). So, I am very disappointed. Unfortunately, this brand is no longer in my colour palette and the quality is now sub-par.

Extremely disappointed. Runs in both legs from top to bottom on 2nd wear.

Has material changed or manufacturing?

I’ve owned these prior with better wear, at lest 10x without wear issues.

Could you send me a replacement, coupon or my money back???????

Most tights I buy rip before the end of the day, but these take at least a month or two to rip, and when they rip they are small and can easily be fixed with clear nail polish. Overall I like the product and will be buying again, and do recommend these tights to my friends as they don't seem to have a problem with them, but personally just wished that they lasted as well as advertised!

This company is a scam. Very poor quality. The "rip resistance" is only guaranteed for 90 days, which regular tights from other retailers already hold up for longer. The tights have weird markings on it so I tried return what I bought. They made their office in Canada, so shipping fee was a whopping $40, which is more than one pair of tights cost. I had two to return for $70 refund, so I went ahead and did it anyway.

I shared the tracking number with them to show it was delivered to them, and THEY GHOSTED ME. They did not respond and did not refund. This company is not ethical and is a scam. Please do not buy!!!

Customer service failure: Many requests for help on poor fit only got standard emails promising requests and asking for more information. Each time, I sent careful description and information requested.

Details: Four contacts requesting size help due to poor fit (being tall)... resulted in three "canned" emails requesting more personal measurements information and one email including the standard size chart and request for personal measurements. First request got no response. No help, no standing behind product, no respect to customer's efforts. I gave careful descriptions and got no helpful results.

I cannot buy more products without help and can only assume if there were problems I could not get help. If I got a faulty pair of hose, I cannot know with only one try and no response.

In addition, many of the products I wanted were not in stock in my colour or size.
The best material and constant email advertising is not enough to please customers.

I hate giving damaging feedback, but I gave many clear chances for simple customer assistance.

I love these. I have short legs and these fit! They can also stretch if your legs are longer but I no longer need to fold the ends into my shoes. LOL

I ordered 2 mystery tights and I got the same color (charcoal) for both which very much defeats the purpose of 2 mystery tights.

Customer support seemed helpful at first and said they would look into this because they understood how I felt. But I heard nothing as a follow-up then after. So definitely feeling frosty about sheertex going forward.

I only received 1 of the 3 pairs that I ordered and have been asked to wait for months to hear what will happen about the missing tights. The tights I received were amazing and the tights I have ordered in the past were amazing too. I had previously recommended Sheertex to family and friends. I truly do understand the issue with the company going through a restructuring, but I keep getting emails to buy more tights, though I would, if I would ever hear back about my order completed earlier this year.

This is an amazing product. I use to wear Wolford, Falke etc., this is something new and totally different, with a confort and feeling unique. Congratulations, you made it.

Terrible experience. Have been trying to get through with customer service for months now for my refund. They keep ignoring my emails

The first night I wore them they tore on the upper thigh area. Super disappointing.

I ordered these for an event. The shipping was so slow I didn’t get them in time. Asked if I could return was told yes, but then they never responded when I asked how to return. So now I have $90 worth of tights I don’t need.

I have worn tights and pantyhose since I was very young since I found your site and made my first order three years ago I have bought many pairs from you and plan to keep buying from you again when I can. Keep up the great work you do on the tights and I look forward to buying from you again soon.

Unfortunately, the brand-new pair of tights I received already had horizontal lines and snags. Sheertex claims these can be rubbed out, but in my case that didn’t improve or repair them—pretty disappointing.

The top area ripped immediately on day 2. I'm usually exactly a medium, but these were still too small ans ripped.

It genuinely makes me so happy when modern tech is used to make women’s lives easier. I’ve had my pair for two years and they’ve made it through despite the occasional journey in the dryer. I never had to worry about an embarrassing rip at my job and it made life so much easier. Bought two more pairs during their sale and I can’t stop recommending them.
