I had horrible experience with getting…

I had horrible experience with getting ahold of customer service. I sent multiple emails with no reply because my order took over a month to ship. Then the tights have already ripped. Not worth the money and awful ordering experience.

Are you guys ok?

It took a month to receive the products I ordered. And then the first time I wore them, several small holes appeared in the seems area. I’ve been wearing your tights for years and this the first time I’ve gotten holes. Seems like something is changing at sheertex.

I Love The Sheertex Brand But…

I actually love the Sheertex brand. You cannot beat the quality in my opinion and I’ve always had a very smooth purchase experience until this last time. I placed my order like usual and waited for the tracking email. For weeks, the tights showed no movement at all so I decided to refund them and try again. The refund appeared to be successful but the money was never returned to my account. About a week later I got an email that my order had shipped even though I refunded it. I was still fine with just receiving the order instead of the refund because I really did want the tights. And at this point I had attempted to reach out to Sheertex directly multiple times with no response either time. However I never got my order or my money. So I have to say, I’m really surprised and extremely disappointed with my quality of service this go around.

Not the quality they used to be and awful customer service

The tights ripped on the first wear in the reinforced area. I have been trying to get a replacement for over 5 weeks and the emails are either going in circles asking for things I have already provided or not replying to my emails completely. I have had to reach out 3 separate times but I always get the same unhelpful email and after I respond with all the information they need, I don’t get any responses. I fear they are trying to get the 90 day window closed so that I am no longer eligible for replacement. I used to love this brand of tights and have had several pairs but they seemingly have gotten worse in quality over the last few years with this most recent pair being absolutely terribly and ripping immediately; with the lack of response, repetitive email loops and no way of actually talking to someone, I will not be purchasing from the brand in the future. Thoroughly disappointing.

Buyer beware!

This was a horrible experience start to finish. I was served an ad for Sheertex about tights on sale and after hearing about this company for a while decided to order. After several weeks and no tights, I reached out about the status of my order. I had several customer service people send me different responses to the same inquiry, one telling me my order was lost in transit, the other claiming "Sheertex has recently entered a new chapter with new ownership" and their "operations were temporarily paused" and they are working through a backlog of orders (why actively promote sales on orders you know you can't fulfill?). I have now twice requested a refund and asked my order be cancelled with no response. What a scam!

Ignored refund request

I requested a refund for two pairs of tights that ripped within 90 days. They requested photo evidence, which I provided right away, but they have not responded since. It has been about 45 days without a response and there is no sign that they will honor their refund policy.

I bought 3 pairs during a big sale in…

I bought 3 pairs during a big sale in February. I opened the first pair to wear and they have several flaws - small snags in several places. How does this happen with tights that boast their product is nearly indestructible? Mine were ruined before I even got to wear them. So disappointing .
