I found this company to be very prompt on dispatching my order and keeping me informed on its progress. Also very easy to place order at checkout. My item arrived within a few days and the product quality is very good. Highly recommend this store.

I ordered click and collect in Friday the 12th of December. The confirmation email said they aim to deliver in 3 to 5 working days. As I'd heard nothing up yo today the 17th of December, I emailed them. They have now said that click and collect delivery is 7 to 10 working days.

I understand Christmas and people being busy, however they are an Irish company with their warehouse in Ireland.

How could they be that slow?

So avoid click and collect.

Click and collect now waiting ten days so far only commuicate through email i have received items from america quicker ,who ever is in charge of click and collect its disgracefull i wont be shopping again ever in shaws
They want to take a leaf from other stores who have it within 2 days

Just one star for the moment. It's now 8 days since ordering and it's still not even shipped ! Contacted twice all you get is automated reply mail back with no explanation! First time ordering here but if this is the standard,it will also be the last time.

Finally shipped today so 10 days later, and one item cancelled/ refund with no reason given.
Won't shop there again. Horrible

I ordered plenty of items over the last month with no issue I had to contact company and explain I still had not received this order. Then I get an email apologising and saying it’s on its way. I have all my decorations up and had this ordered so it would be here in time for me to put up with my decorations instead I had to use the old tree and this will go away till next year all because someone forgot to get my order sorted . All my others orders came within 48 hours as I live in Tullamore no distance between us over 2 wks waiting now.

Recently placed an online with shaws.. everything came in perfect condition Nothing broken.. would definitely do online shopping again

I would give 5 stars only I bought a jacket for 150 euro and was charged 15c for a paper bag to take it home. What a stingy mean thing to do. I wouldn’t rush back there.

Really disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a navy console table - it arrived in grey (which shaws do not sell) I was told I would have a navy table sent out to me( 1 in stock) - a day later I was informed they were actually sold out of the navy tables. I am still waiting a refund after sending the wrong table back. I was promised a 20% discount for my troubles which was also a lie as customer service have not replied back to me since - do not buy anything online from Shaw's especially furniture. Really disappointing experience overall.

Terrible service! I ordered bed sheets off them, to support an Irish business, thinking I would get the items within a week. It’s been over a week and not arrived, as well as me not receiving all the items I paid for. I am so frustrated with them as a company, I also never initially received a tracking code. Terrible, do not use them

Ordered bottle of Shampoo & Conditioner on 21st October, over a week later got an email saying it was available to collect on 29th October! Obviously my fault for assuming that when ordering click and collect for a particular store, they have to get the items sent from some other warehouse instead of just picking them from the selected store. 8 days is far too long to wait for a click and collect service in Ireland, will not be ordering click and collect again from Shaws.
