Shark ! We love you

Purchased a Expensive fan for misting indoors and out but decided to return for the smaller brother - hydro go fan , and the return process was simple straight forward and I received my refund , only issue is I did have to chase this up and provide tracking , but they have a number which I range and a friendly adviser helped me received the money , thank you , I am a massive fan of shark and use 2 hydro go misting fans and a ninja bottle so it’s nice to know there customer service also ads up to the quality of there products .

Really impressed with Shark

Really impressed with Shark.

They had some great offers and sales on, so I decided to treat myself to one of their latest hoovers—and it definitely didn’t disappoint. I’d recently moved into a new house and was using a cheap Bush hoover before, which did the job poorly and constantly got clogged with hair.

The Shark Anti Hair Wrap technology is genuinely a game changer. No more stopping to untangle hair, and the overall performance is miles better.

Well worth the upgrade—highly recommend.

I like the dryer

I like the dryer. I have type 4 hair and the comb attachment locks in place, no more broken combs that fly off the dryer! It also has lots of other attachments that I can use. If I do I wash and go I use the diffuser. Easy to hold , lightweight and easy to foldaway and store.

Excellent value for money

Since my first shark hoover which was such an excellent buy, did the job and with a very satisfying click when adding tools, I have only bought shark since and everything is well built, easy to maintain does an excellent job and all with that very satisfying little click! Highly recommend

Tried to buy a new hoover twice and the service I received was very poor. Got the product from Amazon in the end a little cheaper too I might add.

Another great product

Ordered 2 items recently from Shark.
First item a new hoover to replace our original Shark hoover that was approximately 9 years old. Second item was a LED mask.
Both items are as expected from Shark. Very good quality.

We love our shark robot

We purchased this cleaner because we have a Labrador and I was having to vacuum every morning as I am allergic to her (a long story!)
It has made cleaning such a pleasure. Although I do clean my shark robot meticulously, wash and change the filters and empty the bin regularly it has made life much easier.
Recently there was some sort of software update and it wasn't working for a bit and I panicked. But the helpline was super efficient and helpful and the problem was fixed really quickly.
All in all we are very happy with our purchase so far. Bought on recommendation from my daughter who loves hers too.

If I could have given it one star I would. Ordered vac waited for it to arrive and then got sent a cancellation email days later with no explanation.

Crap service!!

Further UPDATE!!

Still no response since the last email!! Please escalate this further as per-my email sent on 8th May 2026! The lack of communication falls below the level of service expected!!

UPDATE!! I received the below email and have yet to receive any further correspondence regarding a returns label. Also the item that you say you will send as a replacement is a cheaper version of the original product I bought at £300!! So this is unacceptable under consumer rights act as below.

The replacement you are offering is not like-for-like, as it excludes the original accessories and may result in a mismatched or reduced-value product. This does not place me in the position I was originally in at the point of purchase.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, any replacement provided must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and match the original product in full. A partial replacement that requires me to retain incompatible or used accessories is not compliant with this.

Additionally, requiring me to return the faulty unit and wait without a usable replacement causes further inconvenience, particularly given this is a regularly used item.

To resolve this matter, I require one of the following:

- A full like-for-like replacement, including all original accessories, or
- A full refund of the purchase price

I am sorry to hear that your HD440SLUK has this burning smell.

I understand this causes incovenience, since this product could be used daily.

Rest assured, as I will take all the steps regarding this matter.

Furthermore, I just arranged the replacement of the entire unit in order to resolve this.

Please note, that you will need to keep all the accesories as your replacement HD will not come with them.

The steps to get your replacement hair styler are down below:

Your new order number for the replacement unit is 04400184893. The time frame is 7 working days from the date you return the old one to the date you receive the new one.

You will be emailed a DPD pre-paid return label with the address of the nearest DPD drop-off location. Please return the product in its original box or a box large enough to hold it, and then tape the return label on it.

Please keep in mind that if you have already thrown it away, we will be unable to provide a substitute for it.

Not to worry if you do not have the original one anymore, as you can use any other box for this return. One can be acquired from a local post office, a convenience store, a neighbour, a local recycling centre, etc.

The new unit will be shipped once the package has been inspected at the SharkNinja Warehouse and we have confirmed the receipt of your old unit.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any additional support.

service and product has been burning even on the cool setting for over 3 months but due to health issues I have been in hospital and unable to organise sending the product back. Shark HD440SLUK FLEXSTYLE 5-in-1 Hot air styler and hairdryer. My hair is now left syringed brittle and dry!! Product no longer useable. Product will be returned to store to be returned!! Phoned helpline and it was a waste of time, how anyone could think that this could be fixed over a phone is utterly ludicrous!!
