So I ordered an item from Shark's Tiktok shop, apparantly items come from the same warehouse as the website as they are the same company as Shark Beauty. Item became faulty after the 30 day period, they ignored my requests for a refund siting 30 days max, even though I argued it was faulty (Battery would not last the whole process). Tiktok themselves completely useless, got a bot or a real person who would say they would do an investigation and never get back to me.

I rang them up explaining everything and they exchanged the item, however the same fault occured again. I called them again and they said I could have another replacement or refund, I chose refund. They paid for the courier and sent me the returns label. They received the item nearly 5 weeks ago, since then they have ignored emails, phone calls go unresolved and when I posted on their social media complaining they messaged me and said the refund had been processed 2 weeks ago and told me the card number, which is a lie as no refund has been received to my CC. When I responded back to them about this, they said contact Tiktok. So constantly going around in circles.

I raised a dispute on my CC and they argued it saying the 30 days have passed, I have said it doesn't apply as it is a faulty product with a 12 month warranty and they accepted the return/paid for the courier.

I just want to warn others about buying from Shark or Tiktok as both have been completely useless and do not care whatsoever. It is like speaking to a brick wall speaking to either!

I got a credit note for a refund dated 29th April, which you would say it be processed around that time. The refund wasn’t processed at all hence why I’m on here complaining about it!

All the time i have been chasing this with Shark Customer Service no one has ever said they didn't get the right item. Baring in mind I already had one exchange prior to this, are you saying they didn't get the right item when they exchanged it too?None of what you're saying makes sense at all as why would I want a faulty item? No one has bothered to get in touch at all, always me chasing so I give up and raised a dispute with my bank. Bunch of liars , I will never buy from them again!

EDIT: The team are completely useless, do not want to listen or help. In fact did not even bother replying to my last email sent over 16 days ago! Do not bother ordering from these people.

Good service and great product

Bought the small handheld rechargeable hoover and it’s one of the best things I’ve bought. Not a long runtime but ideal for small jobs, car clean, diy job’s etc. highly recommended couldn’t be happier, buy 1 it will change your life ! (Well, make it a bit easier occasionally)

Bought a few products from Shark and always quick to deliver...customer service is spot on too if there is an issue. My device was broken during delivery but they replaced it immediately and without question.

Bought a shark mask and it is brilliant been using for 3 months solidly and really notice a difference in my skin, premise free, smoother, more vibrant face, would defo recommend to buy one

It so powerful. I prefer this to the Dyson which is more of a dustpan and brush compared to the shark that actually gets fine dust up. The emptying container is amazing. All ready to grab and hoover. Well designed and made.

I had a problem with my charging cable what I reviewed about on previous review I contacted them and problem was resolved the next day I was charging my hoover thank you for everything quick and easily resolved
