Ordered and paid extra to have arrive within 3-5 business days. Item arrived a week after that and didn’t fit. Emailed company for return authorization (90 day guarantee). They tried to have me do an exchange. Date past that I needed it for so hard pass. Politely declined and said I would like a refund. Haven’t heard anything since.

SUCH A SHAME! I like their products but I ordered more than one size in a couple of things so I could make sure they fit. Getting a refund is a complete nightmare. They told me I could use as In-store credit, which I didn’t want to do. However it was too late, they had already given me a discount code- so then I reordered with them and the code didn’t go through with the purchase. I emailed them straight away and was great to have a swift reply from Linda asking what the discount code was, so they could manually refund my account with the difference. Since I sent the code I’ve heard nothing from them!!! I’ve emailed Linda (as that’s who it said on their sign off) about 4 times and no one is getting back to me! Such a con! I’m out of pocket by £66!

I ordered this product from Shapewind about a month ago and when it arrived I immediately knew it wouldn't work. The material is flimsy and rides up, so it doesn't work as shapewear, but also the cup size is so small and the top is so lacking in support there was no chance of me getting any use out of it whatsoever. But the most frustrating this about this is that everywhere on every ad and all over the website Shapewind says "hassle-free returns" and "money back guarantee" and that has not proven to be the case for me. They told me they didn't need me to send back the product, but I've been reaching out continuously since they confirmed I would get my refund and still haven't received it. They said it would finally process on 4/28 and now it is 5/8 with no further communication from their customer support contact no matter how many emails I send, and there's no phone number on the website to call. I will not be using this site again, and I will be telling everyone I can that they're a sub-par product with unprofessional and unhelpful customer service.

I’d give zero stars if I could. My order was apparently lost in the mail. I’d emailed customer service 3 times before I got a response saying my order was lost and they’d resend and expedite. That was two weeks ago. I still haven’t received product and have now emailed another 3 times informing them USPS is STILL waiting on my product despite the shipping label being printed last week. Website says “response in 24 hours”. Completely untrue. Horrible customer service.

I ordered the backless bra Bodysuit and found out it was way too small so i asked for a refund. They said they would oblige and said to keep the product and they will give me a refund in a few business days it's now been 4 weeks and i have sent an email saying i havent had a refund and have had no reply. Awful service.

Ordered a bodysuit from them only to find that it didn’t work with the dress I had. No problem, their website says 100% refund within 90 days of order date, and I had placed the order only 2 weeks ago.

Well. I spent a week emailing back and forth with their customer service, where I kept asking for a refund and they kept offering me an exchange. Once they realized I wouldn’t take the exchange, they stopped responding. Seven business days from when I first contacted them, I sent another email threatening to do a chargeback on my card. They told me to keep the product and I would get a full refund “in a few business days.” After two weeks of nothing, I’ve reported them to my credit card company.

I placed an order for two different bodysuits. They were received and didn’t fit nor did they match the measurements shown on the website. I then tried to get a refund and return the items because their website states 100% refund if not satisfied. I sent the email and one week later received a bounce back that they blocked my email as spam. I then tried from a different email address and got another bounce back. I then tried from my secure work email and it was again blocked as spam. I find this incredibly sketchy that I’m not even able to contact the company but I have proof of trying therefore I’m disputing the charges with my credit card company.

I ordered invisible bodysuit and mistakenly I ordered it in wrong size. When I contacted them they solved it very well without any issue.
Whatever this products is for it supports its purpose. Now I can wear any dress without any issue with the showing bra lines.

I am absolutely in love with the material of the bodysuit I ordered but it ran a bit bigger. So I contacted the customer service and they helped me right away with the exchange for a smaller size. I loved the service provided, along with the material of the product and it really really hides under your backless dresses. I am in love with this brand and I highly recommend this. As a lady I wouldnt lie about this because I understand how badly we wanna wear a innerwear without it showing and ladies this is it, this bodysuit is the thing we've been looking for everywhere

I love the shapwear body suit, the look and feel is amazing and although the first size I ordered was a little big for me customer service was extremely accommodating and helpful and was able to get the correct size for no extra charge. I would definitely recommend getting one.

My delivery was never received and I was so upset and reached out to Linda in customer service and she did everything she could to get me a new body suit. I really appreciate all she’s done and I cannot wait until I get my bodysuit. I just know it is going to be amazing. Thank you again Linda you are incredible.

The customer service was awesome, they sent me another order because the mail system lost my package (I had proof) and the fit of it was pretty good once i mad the torso a bit longer with the adjustable underwire part. The only thing i could complain about is the fact that the hem near the stomach is a little thick and if you wear something skin tight you can see it a bit
