I ordered the body suit, but unfortunately I had to cancel my order due to unexpected expenses. Olivia was not only able to help me out with a refund and getting my order canceled, but she was also personable in her email to me about the order making sure everything was okay. I do plan to order the body suit in the future.

There is no refund... The product needs to be damaged to get a refund. The wording on the FAQ is misleading.
They wouldn't give me a refund... I could get an item for equal or lesser value of what I purchased. We shall see how that product is.
So good luck if you want a refund you won't get it...

I just received my bodysuit, and unfortunately it came in a little large in the cups (I followed the sizing chart for a D cup, so maybe worth sizing down). After contacting customer service, Olivia has been very helpful in getting the correct size sent out to me. The product looks exactly like the pictures, so I can't wait to receive my new one and hope that it works well with my dress :)

I am completely in love with my bodysuits, they hold my girls perfectly :P and they are of a wonderful material and very comfortable.
I contacted Olivia for information and she answered me very fast never seen better customer service than this! RECOMMENDED TO EVERYONE!

The product is not what they describe in the videos. It doesnt hold your chest if you are big in size. They are just scamming you by their confusing refund policy. They didnt refund me the money because they said they dont do refunds at all. Buying something online and taking that chance only to end up getting scammed for $60. So disappointing.

The product was way too big and the cups show through the fabric of the dress I wanted to wear creating weird lines. Requested a refund but was told product had to be damaged to be returned.

I ordered the bodysuit in two sizes because I was unsure which would be the better fit. I contacted customer service about returning the bodysuit I did not need. Linda and Olivia were both very helpful. I was offered alternatives, including exchange or refund. I was quickly refunded. The bodysuit I kept fits well and I am looking forward to wearing it. I would recommend ordering from Shapewind to a friend.

I followed the sizing chart and it came small, so I do suggest if your curvy, maybe sizing up. BUT, I contacted customer service and Olivia has been amazing in getting me the proper fit! I can't wait for it to get here so I can see how it fits! She has been prompt in her emails back and forth and it has been completely hassle free!

I ordered two bodysuits on June 5th, 2023. I needed them for my brother's wedding on the 1st of July. I was expecting them to arrive just a few days after being ordered. Boy was I wrong! My flight to Virginia is this Thursday the 29th,2023. I will not be using the shapewear from Shapewind, instead, I will be using one I found on Amazon and received within 2 days of ordering. When I reached out to the company, to find out where the bodysuits were, I was told that they were on the way and soon to be delivered on the 15th of June....they never came, so I emailed them again. This time I was told that they would arrive the 23rd. Two days after the one from Amazon as a backup. I was beyond excited to try the strapless one on as my rehearsal dinner dress and my bridesmaid dress both require me to not have straps! But, neither one of them was true to size. I am a plus size 3x woman. According to the size guide on the website, it says it would fit like a normal 3x. Not so! Neither one of the body suits, ( I bought the invisible body suit and the body snatcher suit. ) fit me. So, I immediately emailed again and asked for a refund. That was two days ago. I just heard back from Olivia and she said I can exchange but not return unless it's damaged! I told her I didn't want to exchange them because they only have up to 3x and it doesn't fit. Her response was that their company policy is to only exchange and not refund! I am now out of $96 and have shapewear I cannot use. I will be contacting the BBB!

I never received my tracking order # but I messaged the help customer care email and Olivia was great help! She got my order # right away and helped me with anything I needed I appreciate Shapewind and their staff for making things right 😊

I ordered and then realized this item unfortunately wouldn’t work with my dress, I emailed them and with in hours heard back from Olivia and she took care of everything for me in a very timely manner! I was very impressed! I would definitely order from here again!

I purchased the invisible bodysuit. It was really uncomfortable, my stomach pushed through the slit down the middle and gave me a weird shape. I had purchased it to wear under my wedding dress, but after trying it on, I do not want to be that uncomfortable at my wedding. I reached out to customer service to start a return, and after a few back and forth emails, they said I do not qualify for a return because the product is not damaged. I can only do an exchange of equal value or pay more to get a different option. Very frustrated with the whole experience.

I received my order quickly. I didn't get the right size. Linda gave me a code to make another order free of charge to get the right size. Very good customer service.

Linda was great! She offered alternatives to solve my issue and when it wasn’t possible, said that she will refund me fully without a problem. She was professional and human in her ways. 10/10 customer service.
